Negotiation is something I learned through the interview process that I have been through for about 10 companies. Also I value the way they treat juniors, once I feel am in right olace..I put my head down and learn with true enthusiasm ❤
@@brianruizy Your impressions regarding the use of AI in development, day-to-day work and even in environments outside of work could be a good topic for a video! What do you think?
Solid advice man 💯 anyone experience imposter syndrome, TAKE A BREAK. Trust me. Come back to the problem later or the next day ✨refreshed✨ and you'll eventually push through it. Avoid that burnout!
@@brianruizy yes I have one thing to ask, Actually as a developer we need to build projects and ever beggineer know after deep drive into a particular programming language, he need to build a project and firstly a begginer try to build project by seeing tutorial in youtube like snake game or todo, tic tac too because he try build by seeing other first then he try his own. hey bro i was just curious , did the company you work for ask you algorithm questions for interviews? i’m working on projects so i can start looking for jobs, but i wanted to know should there be a big emphasis on learning dsa if your trying to work for a normal company ?
I’ll just be transparent for the sake of helping out :) They did, but slightly more behavioral than other interviews I’ve had. Unfortunately, a lot of companies just copy what big tech does which is to do the very technical multiple Leetcode question (medium to hard). So I would still advise you to practice it. At least some easy & mediums. But one thing that did help me was having projects I could showcase. Hope that helps bro!

I am deaf. I really want to become a software engineer. I have question for you. What advice would you give without a degree as a software engineer? if I get certified as a software engineer. Company will accept me to go to full time as a software engineer?
Hi Brian, I'm currently a Front-End Developer and I wanting to transition to become Software Developer. What would you recommend to learn to become Software Developer?
wait, but front end developer is just a a branch of software developer -so you are one already! You want to get involved with more algorithms kind of work, or what do you mean?
Thank you very much for this content, I'm actually following since day one, tho, this is my first comment and that is because I have an inquiry, I'm learning to code myself, rn focusing on web dev, I'm liking it very much and believe that your list is amazing, but everything has a but :p, I honestly don't know how to practice, like, really don't know, Should i make dummy website? Implement features to said website? I really don't know what can count as practice, if you or anyone is willing to help me out with this, that would be much obliged, ty very much in advance, Keep it up! You are motivating a lot of ppl!!!
I appreciate you watching from the start of the channel :) You’re on the right path . That’s how you practice, with a dummy website and trying implementing features to pick up on patterns. Though if starting exactly form zero I would look for an online resource that teaches the fundamentals of web dev. Like html tags and learning the boilerplate. Hope that helps 👍 good luck!!
Im so glad you kept it real, because my college journey is not smooth. It really gives me hope. Thank you for making my day.
Great thoughts, Brian. I'm a developer learner and I really appreciated these points. Thanks and cheers from Brazil o/
