As for the rewards training, I’ve spent much of my life training horses and learned that bthe rewards should happen at the beginning of the task. If you reward yourself after you’ve finished it you’re rewarding yourself for stopping. Start by rewarding yourself for starting. Then as you get more relaxed and sure of yourself, reward yourself for not giving up when something goes wrong. Reward yourself for keeping going instead of giving up. If you feel youve come up against something that makes you feel fear again, just do something like continuing anyway, but just for one minute. You deserve it!

I was having a hard time managing my time and energy with this second job... being unable to even recognize 🤔 my feelings. I decreased my lifestyle A LOT and fell badly in this habit. It's time to make a change! 💪🏻
I developed a habit of being kind to my "future self". If I clear up the dinner dishes now, it will make tomorrow morning easier for my future self." Etc etc etc... It worked for me.
As i lay in bed hours into my day, scrolling mindlessly watching shorts of barely interesting things, i got the notification about this video. I immediately realized i was, in fact, procrastinating. So, i added this to my watch later list 😂😂😂😂😂😂💯💯💯💯💯💯

They missed the MOST IMPORTANT habit, which I learned from this channel in another video. Changed my life. The 5 minute rule. When you don’t feel like doing something (mine is walk the dogs), spend 5 minutes doing it. If you’re still not motivated to do it, don’t. I’ve been doing this with my dogs for at least 2 years? I go outside with them for 5 minutes….of course I end up taking them for a walk! Except when it’s so cold I can’t handle 5 minutes.
@@andersnielsen6044 Today, they said it was cold & rainy & would prefer to poop in the house. NO, YOU MAY NOT POOP IN THE HOUSE. Git yer fuzzy butt outside!
Just thought of asking you to post a video about a topic and this video has it all. The beauty about your video is it has all the blueprint for success and also the motivation that is required to get us into action. I felt like starting a task tomorrow but after watching this video I have made up my mind to do that task now. thank you brother :)
