Pattern I've seen is usually he starts streaming soon after his video uploads. If he's not on, then he's not streaming that night.
Dirans shield regen is op. Only reason to even bother poking is to hope the jungler ganks because its way too hard to actually kull or get them to base.

It's not 100% guaranteed. R not lands instantly and target can still move. Maybe it's cool when someone plays in low elo but for better players it's just easier to land by predicting movement
