1968 Porsche 911 Slate Gray Restoration

Ouch! Seeing the before pictures makes me sad but Straat brought this Slate Gray 911 back to 1968 when it rolled of the production line!
Normaly i'm not a fan of darker colours and I would rather see a nice vibrant colored 911 but this example has got class. Black leather interior and for once some different wheels than the usual Fuchs you see on every restored 911!

Outstanding standard of workmanship, the shell looked pretty good for 50 years of age & nice to see an old school metal finish, not covered in plastic filler. Looked like it was etch primed too. Really like the Slate Grey & the “Minilite” wheels ( wonder if they’re magnesium ? ), very subtle but classy. Someone has or is going to own a magnificent time machine Porsche. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻.
