i had a really bad day and this video helped a lot. I’ve been struggling mentally, physically and most definitely financially. i haven’t been able to get a good job because of drugs and I’ve been clean for a week, that’s the longest I’ve gone without smoking. Montana what about if you braid your hair into 2 loose braids. It'll help tremendously with the breakage overnight... Also if you have cotton pillows, the fibers can sometimes cause breakage.
