Funny you should ask, I always have the 360 open but under my Logic Project. So, it is not visible unless I go to it. I am considering another screen in the future just for the 360. It is very fast for me to see what eq changes I've made across the board using 360 so I do check it often. I can't believe we haven't done the live thing yet! Time differences and all that! It WILL happen though! 🔥🧨💪🏽🤠👍🏽🧨🔥
Ya i tend to have it up when im mixing. But when im mixing on youtube I had some folks say the cant see it.. But then again they are on there phone. I dont get it.. if the phone was my only internet I would never be online.. I hate hate my phone... @@SonnyGreenwichJr
What is the reason for the 4dB adjustment mentioned at the 4:00 minute mark? I have been trying to calibrate this plugin to 0VU and was always off 4dB. This isn't anywhere in the manual, but you are the first person I have seen mention this critical piece of information!
I love my SSL UF1, using it with Logic Pro. One thing, however, is that when I ride the fader in automation, after about a minute or so, it will freeze and will not move ! If I stop the song and start again, all is fine or another minute or so. Why is that ? Any one have this problem ? I have tried everything, using it on different songs and the same problem.
Great video! I currently have the UC1 with the UF8 and the UF1. I just had the UF1 coming in today but can't seem to figure out how I can get the Channelstrip EQ on my UF1 display? It says that it's supposed to show up when pressing the MODE button to default but all I see is 'channel' and underneath FADER SEL. All 3 units are active and setup in Logic Pro x. Am I missing something?
I do it by pressing and holding the 360º button the UF1, then selecting the 3rd soft key above the view window & select Plug in Mixer. Hope this helps! From frosty Ireland! ☘️💪🏽👀👍🏽☘️

@@SonnyGreenwichJr There’s a couple of things like I mentioned that if fixed would just make things better overall. Having the uf1 slave to the uf8 when it comes to plugin or DAW mode via the layers buttons but then the uf1 be independent if you wanted when you press the 360 button on it. The buttons above the track controls become unusable when in 360 mode. I’d like them to remain what I programmed (goto start of song and go to left marker in my instance) . I do love this stuff though. The uf8 hot keys have made setting up tracks and plugins so easy

I'm not entirely sure why that was done... i have heard though that the SSL guys are planning to fix this issue 🔥🧨💪🏽🤠👍🏽🧨🔥

I haven't had this issue at ll. There is a great Facebook group "SSL UF1/UF8/UC1/360 Users" a great many answers to be had there! ☘️💪🏽👀👍🏽☘️

One thing that bugs me is that pressing 360 doesn’t change between 360 or DAw mode, you have to hold the 360 button then press one of the top buttons
It is a bit Twister-ish... They do chnage things up though and there's a new update coming soon I believe ☘️💪🏽👀👍🏽☘️
