Thought that instead of having dedicated lifts like this 1 to serve the carpark & garden on its roof, it would've beem cheaper to build some of the lifts serving the HDB flats deeper so that they can serve the basement carpark too

how do you make your way to 640 from 641

There's a walkway surrounded by hoarding to 640, but it can be difficult to orientate yourself there as the garden areas surrounding the building are still U/C, so there's hoarding ard the perimeter of 640's void decks too, blocking your views of nearby landmarks to help you orientate yourself
