I took a mental health break from some content recently. I had to also break from the gossip, in the form of news situations. You're right - only review and absorb what is directly relevant.
I would consider courage to be one of the unsung foundations for success. To do what is right, and wise, regardless of fear anxiety uncertainty and doubt. It’s natural to have said feelings, it’s what one does with them that truly matters. After time and experience courage has the potential to turn into confidence.
All of them. Mostly self learnt through long experience however, there has been great influence of works of others through good books. I thank Alux for bringing best of compilation of any topic. Hats off to Alux.

Every day the news is filled with stories about war, terrorism, crime, pollution, inequality, drug abuse and oppression. And it’s not just the headlines we’re talking about; it’s the op-eds and long-form stories as well.
I was watching this video. The second thing I do after I wake up and throw some cold water on my face. I go to the Alux app. I get my daily inspirational and also take in some knowledge from one of the learning packs then I start my day.
Hello guys, I think that all of us who are in this tribe have similar thoughts and actions. I just want to tell you, you are not alone, keep pushing, improving and achieving your goals, every day is one day closer, so keep fighting because we are all on the same path to success.
Do you have a video on how to overcome (or ignore) your fear and paranoia? And I don't mean worry about whether or not a project will work out, or if people will laugh at you... I mean fear of death and dismemberment of the type that usually hits your right around the end of binge-watching A 1000 Ways To Die. It's not realistic, and you know it isn't... but it COULD happen, however unlikely it may be. The plain may crash, you may trip and knock your eye out on the edge of the table, a manhole lid may crash through your roof and kill you in your sleep, and so on. (Yes, that has happened. As has one guy being hit by lightning no less that 8 times. Lightning DO strike twice...and third, and fourth...and so on.) Some techniques to overcome paranoia would be much appreciated.
I know many people dwell on the past. It is a shame. The 1920's are gone. Get new ideas and feel that things are important such as music, happiness, writing, etc.....! Life is great and I am glad I'm alive when morning comes. I also know money is thought of as the most important thing. Money is good to have but too many times I have seen it's a curse. When a family member gets something that is wanted by another. Resentment starts and the problems get bigger and bigger. All you see is celebrities who have so much but eventually the things they have (when they are gone) are no longer theirs. Many celebrities never appreciate their lives, this is a waste. One person you need to do a video on is Betty White. Many should follow her example. She loved show business and appreciated the things in her life. I know this is long but I had to make my point.
Well , dwelling on the past , like good architecture from the Arts & Crafts movement . Classic cars onto the 70s . Rockmusic onto the 80s . 50s Bebop Jazz .
Currently got friends who are stressed and addicted to the news. I told one to simply turn the news off but he called that sticking his head in the sand.
Can you try a video with what step you’re on or number on the corner or edge so I don’t have to keep tapping my screen to figure out what it’s referencing 🎯
Here are the key points and main takeaways from the video: 1. **Negative News:** The video emphasizes the importance of avoiding deliberately negative news, as it can have a detrimental impact on one's mood and mental state. The speaker suggests focusing on news that is directly relevant to you. 2. **Propaganda:** The lack of trust in politicians and the prevalence of conspiracy theories and propaganda are discussed. The video encourages critical thinking and filtering out unnecessary noise. 3. **Doomers and Toxic People:** Negative and pessimistic individuals, often referred to as "doomers," should be avoided as they can affect your own mindset and inner peace. Surround yourself with positive people. 4. **Things Beyond Your Control:** The video advises viewers to differentiate between things they can control and those they cannot. Focusing on what you can control leads to a more relaxed and fulfilling life. 5. **Everyday Frustrations:** Everyday frustrations and inconveniences should be handled with a detached mindset, recognizing that most of them are temporary and unimportant in the grand scheme of things. 6. **Dwelling on the Past:** Dwelling on past actions can lead to anxiety. Instead, focus on the present and learn from past mistakes. 7. **Worrying About the Future:** Worrying about the uncertain future can hinder your ability to focus on the present. Trust that things will fall into place as you take care of what you're doing now. 8. **Doubting Yourself:** Building confidence and self-belief is crucial. Embrace failure as part of the learning process and trust in your abilities. 9. **Striving for Perfection:** Instead of pursuing perfection, aim for excellence. Comparing yourself to others and seeking the "perfect" life can lead to dissatisfaction. 10. **Random Distractions:** Avoid random distractions like procrastination and excessive TV watching, as they can hinder your progress and goals. 11. **Other People's Judgments:** Care less about what others think and focus on building your integrity and following your intuition. 12. **Fear of the Unknown:** Embrace the unknown and take risks, as this leads to personal growth and opportunities. 13. **Fear of Death:** Accepting the natural order of aging and death can reduce anxiety and help you live in the present moment. 14. **Checking Your Phone in the Morning:** Opening your phone immediately upon waking can negatively affect your day. The video recommends starting the day mindfully, without distractions. 15. **Advertisements and Social Media Trends:** Be mindful of the impact of advertisements and social media trends on your daily life. Consider the effects on your privacy and well-being. 16. **Impatient Thoughts (Bonus Tip):** Impatience can hinder progress, and patience is a virtue. Rushing through things can lead to disappointment.
16. Money making schemes 17. Need to impress others especially with expensive toys. 18. Not making time to watch an Alux video. 19. Urges to see results before a task is completed. My name is Nicolas and I like your show.
