If you take finasteride, the density will be maintained along with the hair calibre. If you don't take finasteride then the density can reduce if the density in the donor area reduces as well.
Hello sir, im 25yrs old. Recently i examined my scalp with dermatologist in my city. Dr. told me that my donor area has more than 70% single follicullar units with less doubles nd triples🙄😢follicles, so success rate of transplant is less and suggest me finasteride. There is no scarring on the area from where the grafts have been extracted because it is done using a very fine punch size. The scarring is only microscopic and is not visible to the naked eyes.
