"Everyone loves a sweet escape. Whatever that may be is different for everyone. For the majority of "After All" I digest the feelings that I still deeply desire. Most of those feelings are stress-free, nostalgic feelings that I once had or felt. But at the end of the day, I'm wasting my time. Our 20s are full of so many new changes and people. It's a point in our lives where things shift. Bills start to become mind. Marriage is right around the corner. Down payments are starting to become a thing. So I think it's only right that I have three songs diving into my life as a kid. But here's the kicker. It's easy to dwell on memories that once made us feel good. But true happiness is knowing how many more we can make."
