when I try to call near my desktop or when any dongles are installed in my desktop, a hazy screen appears similar to the screen of old school Tv when there is no connection vi Antenna.. Why it happens so?

I appreciate your efforts and like the way how you guide people to spend their money. Recently i bought a REDMI NOTE 4 4GB 64GB. I am having some problems. I'm using RELIANCE GSM SIM which is 3G SIM. Whenever i TURN ON the MOBILE DATA,i it does NOT turn ON as it does not show any signals on the top. But if i REBOOT MY PHONE then it starts working. AND if i start using wifi then after sometime the same problem arises in mobile data. I request you to kindly make a video on this or help me out stating about the problem. Is the problem in my phone or with the 3G sim.? Guide me bro.
