The young lady was in year 3 of her nursing program. She was going to make alot of people happy. There are several smart black (hate using the 2nd adjective) women where I work. They are all single. I was like, what? Creepy guy tip toeing around them. I asked one of them out and she said no. A week later she apologized and said yes. Then I found out she was from newark and I was like oh hell no (just kidding). I am dirty, she is clean. I play chess she sews clothes. She makes me go to barber instead of cutting my own hair. I showed up at the barber and explained my wife is under a false impression that you cut hair better than I do. I am willing to make that compromise because we are happy 95% of the time. Neither one of us have a funny bone in our bodies (well maybe I got one), yet we crack vicious jokes in bed about cultural absurdities. You're sleeping w a black woman-How do you know the kid is yours? Because im 6-4 and have red hair. How do you know the kid is yours? We get up every morning and earn our scratch. Young ladies have to remember all forms of compromise are better than tolerating a hint of abuse.
