Hi I would just like to share a tip on drinking water. I read it online that whenever you fill your tumbler, you need to shake it at least 40 times before drinking it. And I searched it at Google and it says: SHAKE YOUR WATER BEFORE DRINKING! By shaking the water at least 40 times before drinking, it will keep you hydrated longer and will reduce the problem of frequent urination. ... According to Healing Galing, shaken water helps you absorb the water faster but stays longer in our system, thus it helps cleanse your body. Published March 21,2014. Thank me later. It helped. And I don't feel or look bloated even though I'm drinking an insane amount of water.
Im trying this because ive just discovered ive been badly dehydrated FOR YEARRS, ive got EVERY symptom but diarrhea and vomiting and seizures which is in severe cases, but my spit is thick and sticky, i rarely pee and when i do its a small amount, im dizzy, confused, i jumble over my words even in my own thoughts, theres an odor coming from my gut so im constantly scrubbing my teeth, im nauseous, ive had a loss of appetite for months, ive had a loss of memory even after a couple minutes, im constantly tired and i sleep for about 11 to 12 hours for a full nights rest, my skin is dry and cold and my fingers are always blue, and im always getting head rushes, i get muscle aches and twitches for no reason, thought it was my blood sugar too low do to the sickness i feel when i think about eating, i thought i got anemic again, i thought i developed an eating disorder, i hope to this helps me, im tired of feeling like shit
You need to drink more water, eat healthy and move your body if nothing changes to back to your doctor to get tests and scans to check your body and gut
I actually have been drinking more like 2 gallons a day since I was 30. I have NO skincare other than washing my face in warm water, and I’m only starting ti get fine lines, I have lots of energy, I feel great at now 40!
My dads been doing it all his life ppl told him that he’d be dead at age 50 from drinking nothing but alcohol…welp low and behold he’s 62 now and still stronger than ever keep going!
