I love this five minutes tutorials. I hope you consider it to do the same with different brushes. I am a beginner and this painting techniques with small tutorial makes a big difference for me. I love learning with you. Thank you for what you do.
We are planning to cover a lot of brushes and Topics this way / we will start Fun with stuff like fans and Q tips so everyone can get used to the series and then add color mixing , techniques ect to the mix
I am wondering what you Guys Think !! The Outtake Boo Boo was it Good or Bad ? 😍😒 We left it in or she we edit them out? You tell me in the comments what you think .
Keep it in. It keeps you real and approachable. It reminds us all it is OK to stay real. Great 5 minute quickies today and yesterday. I see so much potential in improving my technique. I love blue and green and might choose to do my dandelion on dark blue or dark green background to same effect.
It was fine. Seeing that you guys hit little bumps along the way helps other realise that everything doesn’t need to be perfect, but that you just need to keep trying.
If you are a perfectionist and it bothers you then edit it. But for me I think it shows a real person that had a moment and regained herself and carried on. I think it’s perfect!!!! You are so inspiring in more ways than one. Thank you.
I absolutely love this format. I don't always have time to paint for hours. But I absolutely love these! Great for weekdays to make you paint and practice! Weekends for longer and more detailed tutorials! Thank you so much
Cinnamon I just wanted to drop a quick message and let u know how helpful your videos are. To the point and incredibly helpful to a beginner. I'm amazed at the art I've created by following your tutorials and basic lessons. Also your very encouraging and the reminders u give to not be afraid to use templates ECT was exactly what I needed 2 hear!
I'm so glad I found your tutorials! I'm a super newbie at using acrylics and even painting at all. I was getting frustrated and went looking for help. Not only are you teaching me the basics, most importantly, you are helping me relax, enjoy the painting and laugh at my "mistakes". Thank you.
I absolutely love this new format. Your voice and teaching are so calming. Thank you, I will paint the dandelions tomorrow. I love the 5-minute segments.
@@TheArtSherpa thank you so so sooooo much. And I also want to say that because of you, I started painting again. You are my inspiration and the teacher that I did not have in art class. Thank you ❤️
I'm so glad I found you! I have learned a lot. Your a great painter. When you said be good to yourself, and others, I said Amen to myself. Best wishes to you, your husband, and your family. You guys make a great team. That was an awesome video!
This is gorgeous ! I love dandelions but never Attempted drawing or painting one before , after watching this I’ll definitely be giving it a try , Thankyou so much for this tutorial and the inspiration to try new things 😊
Are all hog bristle brushes in the blonde color? A lot of my brushes are 'silky' brown, is this synthetic? Just wanting to learn the different textures and colors for my brushes so I know to stay away from a ton of water :) Thank you for your instructions and fun vibe! Bless you and yours!
Bristles are from big so most often are white, off white or creme. They do stain from the paint. You can easily feel them as they have a distinct texture to touch and event a bit of smell
GREAT question. I do that sometimes and it called an acrylic color ground. A ground can help the painting look more finished help the paint stick and brush out better. for this is added the contrast of the dandelion
Keep it in. It was unexpected, so I watched it again and saw the mistake. I was worried that you were going to give us some bad news. Second time through and I laughed a bit..
Yes We had an out take left in the video where I said goodbye before the lesson was over . we usually edit those out But we missed it. So i guess its an inside look to how we make our stuff.
I LOVE these short, simple how to videos with the commentary!
💖
Cinnamon, your commentary for this painting is so lovely. I'm loving these 5 minute learning sessions. Thank you for caring about the world!

Why do you paint the whole canvas for background of any of your paintings. Have it any benefits
