Convert dual 6 volt batteries to a single 12 volt battery

This question has been asked a lot so here it is folks. Old style wiring harness used to have 2 separate 6-volt battery wiring (basically backward of current power wheels) Here is an easy hack using the existing harness. The only parts needed are a fuse or breaker, 6 female crimp connectors, and maybe a few feet of 14 or 12 gauge stranded wire. Don't be like me and not label your battery pairs (almost had a fire!) A pretty easy mod that can be completed in a half hourish. Stay tuned for more how-to videos. And don't forget to subscribe.

Sorry may I ask if there is any limitation to using this harness flip? I have a old 1990s jeep power wheel and its got 2 toggles for low speed /high speed and forward /backward. Will all these toggle still work?

@@CustomKidzCars I believe in the video at one point, you mentioned that's it is only 1 speed as a result of using this flip with one 12v battery so I wasn't sure
