My first season watching NFL as sport (it was never broadcast before in the Netherlands). After seeing Steve McNair scramble, evade and shake off defenders, they got me. I have been a Titans fan all my life after that. Great upload!! Thanks a lot!
They were the only winning team the Rams faced in the regular season, and Tennesse won. In hindsight, it is no surprise that they played the Rams so well in Super Nowl 34.
This squad was truly stacked on every level. I was at most of the home games that year and went to ATL for the Super Bowl. Still stings that we couldn’t pull it off at the SB in the last second, but I’ll always be grateful for this team and what they were able to do for Nashville. That season was something else…..
RIP Air McNair….. I was 5 years old during this magical season and it remains one of my earliest memories. I must have watched this video 100 times growing up, but it hits different knowing that Air McNair is gone.
@@masond7573 I was wrong except since the Titans are a great team with Tannehill and Henry which is why I’m not unhappy about my proven be wrong future statement.

Great memories. I was at all the home games incl the MCM game against buffalo. I have a orig print that were sold at the stadium. Many great memories and still making them. So ready for a SB win
I was at the MCM game as well, watched Dyson run down the sidelines on my side of the field. 12 year old me couldn’t believe it. Probably the most surreal moment of my life.
Man we gettin there that's my team tho that's were I'm from so I'm a fan all day just wait till we get a team like the 1999-2000 season team wit the people we got nw we would be the new face of the NFL
@@powapac5994 bro this is the best this team has been since the 99' days, hopefully we can secure the #1 spot and Henry can come back strong and win us the SB, this defense is playing lights out.
Hopefully the 2020s will be better for the Titans than the 2010s. From 2000 to 2009, the Titans were the most fun team to watch in the NFL. They might not have went to the playoffs every season, but they were still fun to watch. The 2010s hasn't been so kind to them. 5 different head coaches, a combined record of 5-27 during 2014 and 2015, 2 playoff appearances, 11 straight loses to the Colts, and 0 wins against Andrew Luck when starting for the Colts. The Titans are the 3rd most popular team in the state of Tennessee behind a college football team 3 hours east of Nashville who has been less than or equal to mediocre for 12 years now and a hockey team who most people outside of the Nashville TV market didn't know existed until they made it to the Stanley Cup Finals and their star player married a country singer. I think and hope that the Tennessee Titans become a force to be reckoned with.

Watching to get hyped for the 2022 playoff run!! TITAN UP!!
That Titans defense was one of the best ever
ranked #1
Robert Loewen buffalo was ranked number 1 not the titans.
Yes. Up there with the 85’ Bears D.
Fun fact. The Titans not the Ravens had the number 1 defense in yards that season.
@@zmoneytmnt that was in 2000. This video was for the 1999 season.

But you have a raider logo as your pic?
I really miss it when the titans were good and physical wish they were still like this

Sad that mc nair passed away
Those days are coming back and this time we winning a super bowl
And the Bill's talked all that shit lol like dude said 16 secs to early lol
This was also the last time the bills went to the playoffs and have been out longer than any other team
that's what they get for what happened in 1993. I was 13 years old. Moon was my favorite player growing up in Los Angeles.
The Titans need to bring back the Luv Ya Blue today.
It's gonna happen and I believe it will happen 2015-1016 and they will blow your mind away

You are welcome. I lived in Tennessee during this season and it was quite a year!

I believe Eddie George, the late Steve McNair, & the late Bud Adams should be in the Hall Of Fame!
RIP McNair (9) & Wycheck (89)
That year, when the Titans played the Dolphins my dad had Wedding near Miami and met Eddie George
The funny thing my uncle that was with my dad went to the same college as Eddie George before he relocated to Ohio state
*relocated(transferred)

My Titans have been cursed for our treatment of McNair, and VY

Steve McNair. Eddie George.

I don't like that one. Anyway I think you could find it by David Robideux.
