Let's not encourage people to play on the PBE server for the sole reason of having unlimited RP. Their main purpose is to let players report bugs, not to swap to the PBE and never play on the live servers again. There are literally players who are level 300+ on the PBE.

You cannot have level 26 in honor, your thinking of your summoner level. Your honour is shown on the same page where you can see an overview of your rank and mastery points. You can up your honor level by getting honoured by people in game. It takes a lot to level up

im pretty sure you can't because they are on seperate servers so you cant gift anything but this is still useful if you wanna try out how skins look in game before buying thme in the actual game

No, all rp and skins earned here stay here, though sometimes you'll get a reward of sorts for participating in new things. Not too long ago people who participated in the beta for tft 6.5 got exclusive emotes
@@qtlawzy this is more of a test server where riot uploads new beta stuff for people to test before they put it in the actual game so its not really greed or anything its just free stuff for testing
