Seen them at the Baltimore Soundstage, incredible show with Dayshell! Shayley Bourget and the crew killed it. Got to talk to Brent Walsh and get a pic! Signed hoodie too!
+Rui Carneiro this style of clean singing is not everyones cup of tea, its sounds like memphis may fire ,pierce the veil, we came as romans ect... if they clean singing was more done in a less whiny style, like wolves at the gate(listen to heralds) or times of grace( hymn ofa broken man, willing) the band would have a bigger fan base
"I wanna know, how many memories do you pray to forget? Oh tell me, were they worth it?" I have a feeling this song will haunt Brent for the rest of his life.
+cortizone121 I mean the shirts they are wearing are literally the same ones they had on last time I saw them live. But please, by all means, continue with the snark.
""This is a song about my heavy disdain towards a prominent band that has taken advantage of their fans. Making a video for it with that subject matter proved to be a bit tricky, so we decided to take it another direction and match the energy of the song with our first performance video of this record cycle. We also had some fun playing around with a projector, including even projecting our own performances onto each other." - Brent
+DrDhymn "The plot of the song, which plays off of that imagery, is written very specifically about a certain band. I've debated since its tracking whether or not I wanted to be open about who I wrote this about and I guess I've decided to take the higher road, though I'm sure it'll come out eventually. It's basically an open letter to said band. If there's one group that doesn't deserve their fame, not only from a gross lack of talent or ability but from an extremely unregulated moral compass, it is them. It's probably wise for me to leave it at that." However I've heard both Blood on the Dance Floor and Falling In Reverse, but only he can really say.
+MegaDroogie1 Really? I highly doubt it's them. BOTDF's Australian tour only sold six tickets -- yes, six -- and everyone with a brain hates them already. I The Mighty making a song + music video about them is actually giving them more attention than they've been getting, and certainly more than they deserve.
I saw these guys last night open for Coheed and Cambria. they killed their set. the bassist had awesome stage presence and the lead singer was great. These guys put on a great show.
Amazing band....also each one of these guys are extremely friendly and will hang around after this show! i saw them perform in Dallas again tonight and got a picture with every member of the band, fucking awesome show and just kind individuals! Every member was more than happy to talk to me and take photos. Like who does that? spread the word that these guys are eargasms that are meant to be heard!!
Every aspect from the Drums, to Bass Guitar, To Guitar, Vocals, Electronics. They all are so individually interesting and balance and compliment each other well to make a fantastic song. I'm happy to have found out of these guys. Hope they do well!
Saw this guys with coheed and cambria in Jackson, Mississippi . First time seeing I the Mighty . They were amazing live . Great band been 3 years . Been a fan ever since
+AnTiSe7eN I fucking adore Satori, but with each consecutive playthrough of Connector I like it more and more, it's just so much more mature and so well produced, with incredible lyrics as well, I think it'll take the spot as my fave from them and one of my fave post-hardcore releases.
listen to hearts and spade ep. its on bandcamp for free I think. but its where I started. just a simple scroll oh this album arta cool. wow. at thw time ir was brand new haha
Hands down on this song men, I wonder why this vand never get million views. Maybe its thier budget on advertising. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW U R A GREAT BAND!!!!!
Wow.. Just started listening to you guys because of Picturesque.. And OMG ❤️❤️ this song is probably one of my favorites from you guys so far. You guys are really talented!
+Turner Hoffman You talking about the concert at Madison Square Garden on the 4th? That was fucking awesome and totally worth the price of admission. It was my GF and I's first concert.
I saw these guys on tour with Hands Like Houses a few months back.
Two words: Totally Underrated.
Same, they are awesome
Where at?
Saw them both in Liverpool? I think... Tiny venue! Like minute.
Both incredible.
Orlando. Amazing night✌
i saw them with pierce the veil, best concert ive been to so far
Seen them at the Baltimore Soundstage, incredible show with Dayshell! Shayley Bourget and the crew killed it. Got to talk to Brent Walsh and get a pic! Signed hoodie too!
The drummer of this band is probably the most underrated member, he's fucking insane.
Gage Westerik such a nice guy too! But his high hat and snare usage is so innovative
Obviously because the rest is very average? Strumming chords all day isn't really that challenging.
@@Keragom i hope you grew as a person since commenting this
@@pineapplejunior3588 Lmao, doubt it
Underrated as FUCK. These guys are way to good!
agreed
+Rui Carneiro agree
+Rui Carneiro I was about to comment the same thing, omg
+Rui Carneiro this style of clean singing is not everyones cup of tea, its sounds like memphis may fire ,pierce the veil, we came as romans ect... if they clean singing was more done in a less whiny style, like wolves at the gate(listen to heralds) or times of grace( hymn ofa broken man, willing) the band would have a bigger fan base
I just heard them live last night in San Francisco at the Masonic. First time I heard of them and they rocked!
"I wanna know, how many memories do you pray to forget? Oh tell me, were they worth it?"
I have a feeling this song will haunt Brent for the rest of his life.
Guess in the end the best songs are sung from the heart huh? This whole track feels autobiographical now
This song is such an emotional journey.
So many years
And I keep coming back to it
oooooooooh, don't know how this intro hook hasn't crossed a million listens as yet - one of the best creative drumming I've heard in a while
I just love that they're wearing whatever outfits they normally wear for live shows, just looks so genuine. Also this song is killer.
What do you mean by this? You love that they are wearing regular clothes like normal humans do?
+cortizone121 I mean the shirts they are wearing are literally the same ones they had on last time I saw them live. But please, by all means, continue with the snark.
+Brittni Liyanage I know what you mean, I literally saw them like 3 days ago and while watching this I was like wait is that the same shirt?
This entire album is amazing.
RED HANDED DENIAL hell yeah you guys are the fucking shit. I'll take your guy's word on it. Already like it a little
RED HANDED DENIAL I THE MIGHTY IS AMAZING

Thought it was rubbish at first but I grew to love it somehow lol

+Brandon Leibowitz Do we know the other band?
+DrDhymn "The plot of the song, which plays off of that imagery, is written very specifically about a certain band. +Brandon Leibowitz It's Blood on the Dance Floor. He confirmed that at some of the shows.
+iridiumfairy I'm just going by what Brent said. And he said that's who it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Carries me through the decay of time
I saw these guys last night open for Coheed and Cambria. they killed their set. the bassist had awesome stage presence and the lead singer was great. These guys put on a great show.

Amazing band....also each one of these guys are extremely friendly and will hang around after this show! i saw them perform in Dallas again tonight and got a picture with every member of the band, fucking awesome show and just kind individuals!
