Hi Jeannie! We love this new "style" of video a lot. Great job. Thank you for the tour to Bruarfoss and the farm/ice cream stop! We are flying over there in a couple of days for two weeks and will be looking to get off the beaten path as much as Mother Nature allows. We also love your Ring Road book and the excellent quality and detail shows how much love and work you put into it. A super resource and worth every penny. Look forward to your next video which we will watch IN ICELAND!!! ~ Lance & Carol, Victoria BC Canada.
@@IcelandwithaView The weather has been crazy the last few days. We read that rocks from the wind smashed the window on a campervan!! Due to Orange Alert we are slowly working our way along the south coast hoping the roads in the East and North will improve with forecasted sunny skies. This has given us time to visit every spot in your guide along the way!! Yippee!! Thanks again.
I visited Iceland last week of September / first week of October and even though it wasn’t the height of tourist season, there still seemed to be a huge amount of us tourists. Thankfully I managed to get þórufoss all to myself. Think my next visit will be to discover more off the beaten track, less travelled sites and maybe even later into early winter.
Honestly so amazing I was lucky enough to visit Iceland for a week back in February and see some popular sights during winter and I lucked out and saw the northern lights as well! If I had enough money saved I would 100% immigrant from Canada to Iceland. The country seems so much more happy and peaceful and I get my breath taken away anytime I see it’s landscapes.
I hiked to Brúarfoss with my cousin the summer of 2017 and it was amazing. The weather was so good and everything was so beautiful. We did go the old way, from the summer houses in Brekkuskógur, but we were staying there so we weren't parking in anyone's driveway or anything, like I saw some people doing.
Haha, I was cruising down the road last September and saw a bunch of cars parked just past a bridge. Curiosity got the best of me, so I wound down the window to ask someone what was going on. They said everyone was going to "the waterfall". I through on my daypack and started walking. Glad I did. I had not heard of Bruarfoss before then.
SO excited to be coming to Iceland in June (thanks to the Pfizer vaccine) and thank you for making a video about this hike! Looking forward to doing it myself.
Hi Jeannie, thank you for this very informative video! Pls, what exactly can I imagine under the "moderate" difficulty of the hike? Would it be suitable for an inexperienced 10y old hiker in a very good physical shape? Also, haven´t you considered doing a video about your Top 5/ 10 waterfalls in Iceland? Thank you!
Is water blue here in mid september too?? I was on iceland trip from mid september till end. Thought we missed this water fall, at studlagil & hraunfossar water was not blue. Others were telling that due to rains at that time water tends to be muddy in colour. I m not sure...i just wanted to check with you guys if you had been here in mid september?
What kind of drone and camera do you use? Will be there in May and would love to get some of that footage. So thankful for all of your helpful videos ❤️
Help I'm confused. We are coming to Iceland in 2 weeks. I've read there is a new road & car park, which is a 5 minute walk from there to Bruarfoss waterfall. Reason being my elderly parents are coming with us. So no hikes can be done. Please could some let me know if this is true. Kind Regards 😊 Jill
Thanks so much for watching, friends! I am LOVING making these new vlog style videos for you, so cheers to having you come along on more adventures!
lol as a german, what i thought after reading the title: wow a barfuss hike! (barfuss = barefoot) lol
😂
Love that your episodes don’t feel rushed and it feels like I’m a sidekick 🙌🏻
Beautiful trip today, thank you!
Thank you!!! It was so much fun!
I've been to this waterfall. It was amazing and I loved every minute of it. I just love being outside no matter what the weather is. It is in my blood
Enjoyed the video!
I like this video style of 'exploring and hiking with you'.

ive been to Bruarfoss may time and have to say that Bruarfoss and Dynjandi have to be my favourite waterfalls in Iceland
Definitely prefer this type of Vlog, feels more personal and makes us feel like we are part of your trip.
Does Google Map still lead you the old way?
Great video
Thank you! It was so beautiful and so much fun!
Great video, just like everything in your channel!! A quick question - is there a way to get down near the water?
Can you make a video with a bunch of places that are unknown to most tourists?

Did parking cost anything and address for GPS to get to the parking lot please
Hey do you recommend a campervan for a february ring road?

What kind of dron do you recommend to take to iceland?

Has this been updated on the google map we purchased?
