I love how there are incredibly prolific voice actors mixed in with theater actors with very few or no other voice acting roles. They really took the time to find the best voice to fit each character
Natasha Little makes the female sith warrior my absolute favorite class to play. Her voice is so haughty and amazing. Crazy to realize it comes out of this sweet looking little blonde British girl.
I just love the way female sith warrior aka Natasha Little pronounces "The Emperor's Wrath". Just amazing. But my first toon was female Trooper and imagine my surprise and delight when I heard Jen Hale. Fem Shep - best Shep.
I have to respectfully disagree ^^ I love the imperial agent male ^^ just that I don't give a shit attitude he gives the character makes me love my little imp all the more ^^
I find it very funny that in German dubbing the male Inquisitor's voice actor is also a Weather presenter at the official TV channel (and he is quite a good voice actor for that character I'd say) ... I just find it so weird to suddenly here your evil Sith Lord telling you that it might rain tomorrow and the temperatures might drop a bit. :D
Hello, I am Darth Nox of the dark council. You works will all bow before me or die. Also, it's going to be partly cloudy with a chance of rain tomorrow.
Man im getting this 11 years later... No fucking idea Azura's VA was the bounty hunter, Or the Female Jedi Knight was Vex from Skyrim. Since i still play it. And Kroshi is Hale. Man alot of these guys have worked together on different VA stuff
I'm in love with all the male voices for the Empire characters- glad I can finally see their faces (except for the bounty hunter...but I'll look him up on my own) Ahh- thank you so much.
This video really feels like a heist movie in the scene where they gather the crew and they say their cach phrases right before the freeze frame title card with their name and skills
Not forgetting: Laura Bailey who voices Kira Carsen and Darth Krovos - Voice of several other characters from many other franchises including Serana from Skyrim, Abby from TLOU 2 and work in the MCU. Catherine Taber who voices Vette - The iconic voice of Padme Amidala in the Clone Wars animated show.
Here’s a quick side fact: Grey Delisle, is the voice of AZULA. And to also remind you, she was in KOTOR 1, Clone Wars 2003 as Asajj Ventress, Padme, and Shaka Tii. Missed opportunity to put her as a Sith, I would love to give some shock therapy
Of course the Imperial class story actors are British because if movie, TV, and video games have taught us anything it's that villains always have British accents.
I know!!! Jennifer Hale is one of the best voice actresses in the business. She voices loads of people I like. She did Bastila in KOTOR, Avatar Kiyoshi in Avatar. Even Tira in Soul Caliber. I always go crazy when I recognize her voice on a character. However FEMSHEP was always the one i remember the most and because she's matched with a trooper I just couldn't play it. JENNIFER HALE IS AWESOME!!!!
I like the voice actor for Orgus Din, Robert Pine, who played the Sargent on "CHiPs". Also Lacey Chabert (from the show "Party of Five") did the voice for Mako.
Some of these, especially Kerry, Grey and Laura(Kira Karsen and many others) as well as Darin DePaul(who voiced Valkorion, and so so so many other roles in this game alone) have now a big amount of roles all over the place, even in big movies. For Darin DePaul it was even a sort of career starter I think in voice acting. Companies like Bioware and Blizzard really were able to use his great talent in so many different roles. Valkorion, Reinhardt, N'Zoth, Blackhand and even Hollywood movies like Shazaam. But all of these voice actors are fantastic and are huge part of making this game what it is!
Hey, please stop bullying Hayden. Seriously, just because we know he should have been replaced by the voice actor of Anakin from the clone wars does not mean we can just throw him around as a joke, right (Probably not, he should have had convinced Lucas to not make his character into a creep that way he never had to say those lines)
Kati Walghren was also voicing Saber in the English dub of Fate Zero and UBW around the same time. The deliveries there are pretty much 1:1 with the light side knight.
I thought so too but Steve Blum himself has credited Spackman as the BH voice via his twitter account. He only needs to be credited as something else for non-union work and SWTOR is definitely union work. He is actually credited as the voice of Andronikus (Inquisitor companion).
Bertie Carvel (Imperial Agent) has also appeared in the BBC Sherlock as Sebastion Wilkes in "The Blind Banker", Bamatabois in the recent Les Miserables movie, and several other popular British TV series. ;)
Saying it is "shit" is a matter of opinion. You, I assume, disliked the game. I on the other hand, enjoyed the game. But to get back to the question I originally posted, I am thinking that they might have uploaded before DA2 was released.
Raigh DarkHawk It is not a "matter of opinion" if there are numerous facts supporting it, and nearly none supporting the opposite. You're probably one of those people who liked Mass Effect 3's ending too. Also, DA2 was released in 2011, this video in 2012.
I haven't yet played the ME series. I thought there were certain things in DA2 that were lacking, such as the copy-paste areas, and a few other things that could have been better. However most of these things were due to Electronic Arts rushing Bioware to a release date and not giving them enough time to do the work on it that they did on DAO. Still, I loved the way combat was done in DA2. The fast-paced, action RPG style combat was, in my opinion, much better than the static click and point combat in DAO. I also liked the companion system, where you did not have to make sure you only got friendship points with a companion ion order to unlock companion quests, or to make sure they did not leave you. I enjoyed the puzzles, I thought the quests were fun and I especially liked the fact that the story line was NOT a "It is up to me to save the world from evil" so stereotypical of the fantasy genre. A lot of people were pissed because it did not continue the Warden's story, and that the only race you could play was human. I went into the game knowing these beforehand, and, I think I appreciated the game more as a result. Looking at the game from a perspective of how it fits into the rest of the lore concerning the world of Thedas, it actually fits that world state much better than DAO did, IMHO. This is coming from the perspective of having read all 5 books and watched the animated movie about Casandra Penteghast.
Revan is voiced in SWTOR. He has the same VA as Kyle Katarn. In KOTOR 1, he actually did have a few lines. Try swapping party members and then going back. I think he also talks sometimes after he defeats an enemy. The Jedi Exile in KOTOR 2, however, had no voice at all if I remember correctly.
While all other voices sound normal, at least to me, the voice of the Female Jedi Consular sounds as though it was recorded through a styrofoam cup. Been enjoying the game-play, but the quality of her voice seems to have been messed up during her voice sessions.
0:56 I think it'd have been pretty cool if Colleen Clickenbeard from the english dub of Fairytail did the fem jedi Knight, and at 1:50 it'd also be super cool if it was Erik Dellums from the Dragon Prince saga who did the Inquisitor male voice for "Obvious" reasons
If your name is Xanthe, you're definitely going to be a sith voice actor
Female sith inquisitor. Xanthe Elbrick. Absolutely stunning
My favorite character because of her voice acting
increadible, she should be in more things
I found it interesting that both my favourite voice actors - female Sith Inq and male Agent - are stage actors. Makes me happy.
Xanthe Elbrick really should be in more things. She has an amazingly sarcastic voice.
Man. The Republic side has Solid Snake, some Rugrats, Varric, FemShep, and Nolan North
Ermmmm saber... fate franchise?
+Torchwood No he didn't.
+Torchwood Solid Snake is David Hayter
+Torchwood i facepalmed so hard at your comment.
Empire has Hawke ! ))))
The male Sith Warrior voice is my favorite. It's so awesome.. haha.
Mine is the female Sith Warrior, but my favorite male is the male Sith Warrior.
I agree, he's definitely my favorite male voice
He voice acts some random characters in Dragon Age 2 and everyt ime I hear his voice, I think of the male Sith...
That my second favorite
I honestly believe it is the second best voice for a Sith Lord after James Earl Jones (Darth Vader, anyone?)
I guess they enjoy a good British accent in Sith/Imperial characters
Female warrior is the best voice in my opinion, cocky, dark and hot :D Fits it well
My favourite female is the Smuggler, she can be hilarious if you choose the right chat, but my favourite over all is the male warrior
Jordan D'Angelo Pena Female Imperial Agent is my favorite :)
The accent comes with the faction
Memester Gaming with the exception of the bounty hunter.
Love the Imperial Agent female voice.
It's Ciri from witcher 3 :)
Holy shit. I played witcher 3 with the polush dub so I wouldn’t have known
@@aleksanderhelt1459 Ciri and FewHawke from Dragon Age :)
Jedi Knight: "LIQUID!!!"
Cam Clarke voiced sith warrior: "Snake, did you like my sunglasses?"
I love how there are incredibly prolific voice actors mixed in with theater actors with very few or no other voice acting roles. They really took the time to find the best voice to fit each character
Natasha Little makes the female sith warrior my absolute favorite class to play. Her voice is so haughty and amazing. Crazy to realize it comes out of this sweet looking little blonde British girl.
she voices Morathi in Total War Warhammer 2, and does just as good a job, if not better...
Yeah, I honestly did not believe that she voiced the "bloodbath" line when I saw her picture
Way late, but weirdly, the sweet Brit actors tend to be the best villain characters.
Something has always touched me about the Male Jedi Knight voice. I really like it.
Matthew Mraz Good! Now go play Metal Gear Solid! David Hayter is Awesome!
Matthew Mraz he sounds gay tbh
It sounds dull and monotonous
@@venigos That's the entire point of being a Jedi dummy. 😂
@@venigos No it doesn't, at all.
You know it's videos like these that make you realize just how good these people are at voice acting
Some of them, others do a more "meh" job, which by all means isn't really terrible, but not something somebody from their class would say.
I just love the way female sith warrior aka Natasha Little pronounces "The Emperor's Wrath". Just amazing. But my first toon was female Trooper and imagine my surprise and delight when I heard Jen Hale. Fem Shep - best Shep.
She is a great voice actress she voiced as Bastille Shan in Kotor as well
@@spartanhuntergaming and satele shan in swtor
Bounty hunter male - best voice in game :D
I have to respectfully disagree ^^ I love the imperial agent male ^^ just that I don't give a shit attitude he gives the character makes me love my little imp all the more ^^
bounty hunter male sounds too animated, my favorite is the male smuggler
I thought the BH Male sounded like Master Chief a bit. Which made me love his voice even more.
Female sith Warrior is the best. She sounds like she pisses liquid malevolence.
Abigail Archer-Addams The Sith Inquisitors female voice is great as well, she sounds like a horny Mass Murderer with a pinch of sarcasm
The fact that this MMO has some of the best VA work ever is just awesome honestly
Jennifer Hale also dose Jedi Mast Satele Shan
And Bastila and Zatanna.
Nobody can beat Xanthe in terms of voice sexiness
True
The female inquisitor's voice is made out of pure sex
Xiron Arkanis And a bit of bitchiness on the side.
She reminds me of the violent!Human of DAO("Can I get you a ladder, so you can GET OFF MY BACK?!")
***** Fucking fantastic is what it is. But what are opinions for, eh? ;-)
Alright, this just got weird
Why you said Dragon Age 2 was never released?
Man im getting this 11 years later... No fucking idea Azura's VA was the bounty hunter, Or the Female Jedi Knight was Vex from Skyrim. Since i still play it. And Kroshi is Hale. Man alot of these guys have worked together on different VA stuff
Wow, they really got some of my favourite female voice actors in this game. Grey DeLisle, Jennifer Hale, Jo Wyatt. Crazy!
who knew the FemHawke did a voice over here.... it boggles the mind
Francis Zaldivar Indeed, such a great voice actress... FemHawke is amazing, didn't know she did a main character in SWTOR.
she's also Dr. Cole in ME3
Grey Delisle, Xanthe Elbrick, and Jo Wyatt are all the greatest.
I'm in love with all the male voices for the Empire characters- glad I can finally see their faces (except for the bounty hunter...but I'll look him up on my own) Ahh- thank you so much.
I think he is The same who does Geralt of Rivia voice
my fav would be male sith inquisitor by Euan Morton! Totally loved his voice acting while playing :)
Responding 9 years later… but yeah! He’s so underrated! I think he’s got the best performance out of these people imo.
This is all a lie. Nolan North voices ALL the characters in the game.
“i suppose I could lower myself to do this” is exactly what the stage actress said when offered this job
The imperial agent sounds so badass...
I could listen to the agent's voice for hours and hours. It fits the role PERFECTLY. Besides IA really delivers best speeches
My evil-ass sith marauder is voiced by a cute blonde lady what are the odds.
This video really feels like a heist movie in the scene where they gather the crew and they say their cach phrases right before the freeze frame title card with their name and skills
Not forgetting:
Laura Bailey who voices Kira Carsen and Darth Krovos - Voice of several other characters from many other franchises including Serana from Skyrim, Abby from TLOU 2 and work in the MCU.
Catherine Taber who voices Vette - The iconic voice of Padme Amidala in the Clone Wars animated show.
grey delisle was best as Azula, I think
Literally voiced half of my favorite characters
Sith warrior is the best
Republic has star power, but the Empire has just as good actors
I have and always will love the gritty voice of the male BH. Biased but damn he does a memorable performance.
I must admit, I LOVE the male Bounty Hunter voice. Despite the fact that I am also a man...
Nothin wrong with admitting you love a male voice..Bounty hunter and Sith Warrior voices are so cool
Tbh I like the German Voice of the Bounty Hunter more. But this is the only voice I think is in german better than in english
"now if you'll excuse me, i'm gonna shoot you in the head"
Here’s a quick side fact:
Grey Delisle, is the voice of AZULA.
And to also remind you, she was in KOTOR 1, Clone Wars 2003 as Asajj Ventress, Padme, and Shaka Tii. Missed opportunity to put her as a Sith, I would love to give some shock therapy
I love how SWTOR also got other voice actors like Corey Burton and Steve Blum involved in the making of the game!!
Male imp agent/sith warrior - my favorites, sexy and powerful.
female sith warrior with dark side choices is badass
Male sith assassin sassy choices are by far the best in the game
Everytime i remember that Natan Drake is the consular i giggle, specially if hes being an asshole.
Sir I was freaking out for a past few about thinking a voice from swtor, it was Liquid Snake, thank you so much!
So the male inquisitor actor is a singer? Now I want to see a scene where the inquisitor bursts out into song.
I kinda wanna hear them sing I’m The Bad Guy from Wander Over Yonder.
Of course the Imperial class story actors are British because if movie, TV, and video games have taught us anything it's that villains always have British accents.
The male agent gives you an evil smirk love it
I freaked out when I realized Grey DeLisle voice acted in this game. Loved her performance as Black Canary in Batman the brave and the bold.
Somehow, I did not know until now, Athena Karkanis is in SWTOR. She also voiced Aviva Corcovado, one of the five main protagonists from Wild Kratts.
Torian, Bounty Hunter companion, is voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch. He also played Ichigo Kurosaki, Lelouch, and many other roles.
Agreed. The male agent has the best voice.
I know!!! Jennifer Hale is one of the best voice actresses in the business. She voices loads of people I like. She did Bastila in KOTOR, Avatar Kiyoshi in Avatar. Even Tira in Soul Caliber. She also voices satele
sith warrior is british confirmed!
You did not notice from the accent in the voice?
@@ericmonaco4509 Given british accents but were based of nazis.
Swtor pretty much has the all star team of voice acting:)
i knew there was a reason i liked the sith warrior so much that set it apart from the other they are British actor and actress.
I like the voice actor for Orgus Din, Robert Pine, who played the Sargent on "CHiPs".
Also Lacey Chabert (from the show "Party of Five") did the voice for Mako.
Lacey chabert the original voice of Meg?
" I suppose i can lower myself to do this" - Xanthe Elbrick, stage actress about voiceover in videogame.
Azula's voice actress voices the BH?? I never would have guessed! She has excellent acting range ^-^
Some of these, especially Kerry, Grey and Laura(Kira Karsen and many others) as well as Darin DePaul(who voiced Valkorion, and so so so many other roles in this game alone) have now a big amount of roles all over the place, even in big movies. First time I caught Broadchurch on Netflix, I immediately recognized Male Sith Warrior's VA. That powerful voice leaves an impression
Euan Morton the inquisitor is the most badass voice, would surely make a good villain in SW movies, better then Hayden Christensen for sure :D
Even the male consular is better than Hayden Christhensen.
The fact the male BH is voiced by a commercial spokesman. He's got such a hardass voice that just clicks with the BH
Kati Walghren was also voicing Saber in the English dub of Fate Zero and UBW around the same time. The deliveries there are pretty much 1:1 with the light side knight.
Perfect, the voices feel just right.
You can even hear a little bit of the Snake voice when you take damage as the jedi knight lol
I thought so too but Steve Blum himself has credited Spackman as the BH voice via his twitter account. He only needs to be credited as something else for non-union work and SWTOR is definitely union work. He is actually credited as the voice of Andronikus (Inquisitor companion).
Very like the voice of female Inquisitor. So sexy in scenes where choosing dark side lines...
"Sex appeal comes with the dark side, right? What the f*** do you mean my eyes turn yellow and I go albino?!"
I think I've heard Mark Bazeley in an Android game or two. He's the voice of my main...love his voice.
I love that the Sith a voice by Theatre actors/actresses. It’s very fitting.
Kath Soucie was also the voice of Sally in the Sonic cartoon that aired on ABC back in 1993 and 1994
Bertie Carvel (Imperial Agent) has also appeared in the BBC Sherlock as Sebastion Wilkes in "The Blind Banker", Bamatabois in the recent Les Miserables movie, and several other popular British TV series. ;)
I FUCKING KNEW NOLAN NORTH WAS HERE. Everytime you get in a fight with a Jedi Consular you here his unmistakable screams of pain
Kath Soucie was also a character named Aerie in Baldur's gate
They really got the best of the best.
Weird how I can picture most of the voice actors playing the characters they portray... ?? (With a couple of Lek'kus and lots of face makeup)...
Why did this video state that DA2 was never released? :-O
Because it was shit, the person who uploaded it is pretending it doesn't exist.
Saying it is "shit" is a matter of opinion. You, I assume, disliked the game. I on the other hand, enjoyed the game. But to get back to the question I originally posted, I am thinking that they might have uploaded before DA2 was released.

Euan morton is scottish ,wow,he really made himself lose his accent when doing the inquisitor
Bertie’s done television work as well. I’ve seen him in one episode of Doctor Who and one episode of Sherlock (he’s the client in “The Blind Banker”).

Imperial accent, it's a variation on british.
Bertie (Imp Agent) is the best - i still play it in order to hear his voice.
Brian Bloom is also Brock Pike in The A-Team movie and Yuri in Modern Warfare 3
The Bounty Hunter in The Voice actor of Geralt of Rivia, I almost sure of it, he also Sound like Snake in some dialogues
So that’s where the female Smuggler is from! The way she said Krayt was always so familiar but I couldn’t figure it out. Rugrats!
We all know that bounty hunter male has the best voice
Sadly female Jedi knight wins... She plays saber, at least for the ufotable fate makes
I like the bounty hunter as well, but the smuggler has a killer personality.
PRINCESS AZULA, AKA DAPHNE BLAKE IS FEMALE BOUNTY HUNTER?!
No wonder I had so much fun playing that class.
Kath Soucie. Every time I hear her voice all I think about is Maureen Corley from Full Throttle lol Good times.
Do not forget that Brian Bloom also voiced Jackie Estacado and the darkness in the darkness 2
I just love male smuggler, male agent, both hunters, female consular, male knight and both inquisitor's voice. They're amazing!
Brian Bloom: Its Central Officer Bradford!
Kath Soucie: Tavion!!!!
0:59 I would love for Hayter to use that voice for Solid Snake in an MGS remake, with Kiefer Sutherland for Big Boss. ;-)
He was in DA1 as well, but as various characters- mostly the dwarves. I think it's a nice voice ^^
Nolan North is the Male Jedi Consular?!?! Deadpool and Jedi voiced by the same guy?!? Mind = blown.
Would never have guessed my Jedi Knight was David Hayter!
Male Trooper (Brian Bloom) also voices B.J Blazkowicz in the Wolfenstein games
I had zero idea we had VAS that were in Rainbow six COD AC etc dayum! EVEN SOLID SNAKE
Update: The Male Trooper VA is also the VA for Central Officer Bradford from XCOM 2
And also Cam Clarke does a few voices in there. Occasionally you hear hints of Liquid Snake come through
