All these artists need to do what Exq just did with his new album the lost files. Revamp their hits, open vevo accounts and get their videos in HD and repost them again. Post all their music on digital sites they will be shocked at how many people are searching for their music. Maybe Take 5 has all the masters he can do more compilations
Ahhh man... Tererai!!! You know Ndofefeterwa (Sanii Makhalima featuring her) is one of my favourite urban grooves jams, if not my all time fave. Thanks man for bringing her outchea. It's nostalgic all over again. These interviews are just too epic. So I've got a suggestion - how about you also bring out the DJs that used to play this music on PowerFM back then. The likes of Leander Kandiero, Shef Gulaz, Tony Friday, Davis Mugadza, Bridget Gavanga etc... We just wanna hear their own version of the Chamhembe story. Profound you so profound, appreciate you man. Keep them coming, I'm hooked
Tererais interview is probably the most profound out of all so far....she is a well put together human being and expresses herself so eloquently just like the presenter.....big ups
Its legendary i tell you ever been glued to an interview and never wanting it to end thats what happened with this one. Both the interviewer and the interviewee are just wasssup amazing stuff
All roads lead to ‘Delani’. It’s a MUST to do a Delani Interview. U need to understand Delani’s story as he is the foundation to all this! We know the story, but let one hear it from the horse’s mouth. Hakona kutanga paAftermath .
The content quality of these interviews is of international standard. Thank you @SoProfound for bringing them to us especially compared to the other content that's showing locally. Keep up the excellent content bro. Just out of my weird imagination, won't it be good to have a reassemble of "Chamhembe". Then in your interview with @takefizzo, please quiz him of the "contracts" fairness.
Waenda... My all time favorite. I hv it on my phone even now. Tererai if Zimbabwe was different, you are the Golden voice. To me you are in the class of Chiwoniso.... But pa 100% local content jononho akatiuraya... If Vanchoga was an artist back then dai aitoita number 1 pa sisonke mix.
I like how cool Tererai is. Rocqui is in it again. The whole Chamhembe story in summary is about kids who had a dream but also pioneers. I’m glad Tererai acknowledges the cost of recording and that T5 was owed money for Chamhembe 1. I also like the way she acknowledges Jonathan Moyo for the 100% content. I remember thinking at the time that Artists were going to thrive. Whether Jonathan’s intentions were real or politically motivated is up for debate.
Politically motivated, but it was good for the arts industries... there was a little more incentive to create because, the platforms were dedicated to local content... pretty cool...
One of Zimbabwe 's best vocalist ever. Its just a pity that you were born in a country that does not really appreciate arts that much otherwise you would have been way way bigger
Thanks soProfound this is real journalism. As young lawyer I got intrigued on becoming a entertainment lawyer. These guys really need legal representation.
So Profound, your interviews are ' so profound ' Next please XQ or Rocky. But Rock will need 2 episodes, coz he seems to b linked with everyone. Keep up the good work bro
The main difference between zimdancehall and urban grooves artists is class. Urban grooves artists were intelligent, educated and classy whilst zimdancehall artist vane kahurombe, kusadzidza nekakusaririra
If u listen to the interviews urban grooves was not a particular genre but a movement being an umbrella of hiphop soul rnd as well as dancehall.. Listen to Take 5 he even mentions that he used to do dancehall riddims. Zimdancehall yaveko now is a product of poverty and yuts who barely was in class due to lack of school fees or didnt go to school at all. So saying that they are not eloquent class wat wat is too judgemental. Look at Nuty O. He is straight outta Mbare but he speaks eloquently and the boy oozes class. Your post just shows your level of intelligence. Ndimi vapfanha makazouya kuma Dale Dale kwazara mapothole..
I looking for her song "I would and I will". That song is literally her second best as far as I'm concerned, but unfortunately, yu cant find it anywhere on the internet.

The level of maturity and calmness she holds💯

Always had a huge crush on her. Sophisticated touch when singing. There’s a song, Sands of Time been looking for it for ages now.
