Hi.. Its length comment. Pls read fully and help me. Due to to some unavoidable situations, I have uninstalled my facebook account. Then again I installed facebook. I have activated 3rd party 2 step verification security using Google authenticator app for high security purpose.
But when I login to fb its asking login code. I entered that code (generated from Google authenticator app) but it's showing incorrect code. I submitted facebook login process form also for confirming identity. But its showing "we couldn't process your request. Pls try again later." I tried completely to access fb account. But can not login.
Then I watched your video and based on that I created new account with official app (fake a/c) with the same mobile no. which I given to old account.
I got little happy to recover my old a/c. Then I logged out fake a/c and log in old account. I so disappointed again it's asking like this, Generate a code from your authentication app and enter it to log in". I watched lot of videos but still I didn't get solution. I don't know what do to? OMG, YOU GUYS, I DID IT! Okay, I've been locked out of my account for MONTHS. I had almost given up. I needed a code but couldn't log onto my account to get the code! I code the "i don't have my phone" option and it prompted me to give my information. They got back to me a few days later with an emailed like that would give me temporary access to my account; you have to click the "settings" button. I chose to remove the double password check setting and then reapplied it by adding my cell phone number, NOT BY ADDING THE CODE GENERATOR. Hope this helps guys!
