laser builds and certain zimm builds would become more balanced. but losing effectiveness is a harsh word. Unless they actually nerfed them into the ground then that would be accurate. But I find people are often too quick to claim something got nerfed like that when its usually closer to more balanced than made ineffective

@@vermouthsavage4750 They are the RaD Soup missiles and they are back parts (a little towards the bottom of the list). I don't think there is any other prerequisite for them, they aren't a hidden part.

Those are the Soup Missile launchers. And they become available in the shop after you complete chapter 2 (this is also when the PvP unlocks)
