Dude, it’s been so awesome to see this Alltrack progress through all the phases. I remember finding your instagram when you had the off road wheels! This car has gone through so much, and you’ve pretty much perfected it over the years. Thanks for giving an updated tour! Everything is super clean! Like you said, I think the only things you need to do are smaller upgrades/fixes that will make the car just a bit better with detail! The SE radio would be nice, but I get not wanting to throw more money after already spending a lot lol. The headliner would also be a nice touch in the future. Lastly, the headlights would be a nice touch too! You’ve been talking about those for the longest time 😅 Best of luck with the future! Can’t wait to see what you do! I’ve got to commend you for resisting to sell the wagon when prices were so high, you’ve just gone so far with it, it would’ve been sad seeing it go. Still looking to get one myself, and your build will definitely be an inspiration man!
VTT mqb silicone charge pipes are way less restrictive than the stock ones. You'll also get colder intake temps because they insulate well. A wider silicone inlet hose would also increase performance and cool the intake temps, but be sure to tighten the clamps down with a ratchet not a screw driver.
I got a 13 tdi sportwagen. I’ve had it for 5 years and I still love it but my next car is gonna be a alltrack I love how yours look, everything about it and the extra power is awesome.
You need to upgrade your diverter valve that’s why you have a boost lag, go with GFB DV+ whole valve kit and you see a big difference also the car is going to be more fuel efficient
Thanks! MPGs went up a good amount, recently got 31.4 MPG from CT to Boston with cruise control set at 82mph, generally seeing a 2ish mpg bump around town and 4-10 bump highway depending on the speed and variation of elevations
The downpipe makes the exhaust a bit louder and raspier, and the turbo might have a very small impact on it but the downpipe will definitely change the exhaust note a bit
Upgraded factory mount intercooler, I must have forgotten to say that in the video thanks for the reminder. I wish I had gotten a front mount or at least upgraded intercooler piping as well
@@gpeaes I have a mishimoto stock location one with the factory piping. If you do one, at least spend the extra 2-300 for the larger piping, because I've heard that just the intercooler itself doesn't really do much with the stock diameter piping. Front mount would also technically allow for more power, and also look cooler as well
Are the taillights original? I was looking at getting LED taillights for mine that include an amber turn signal instead of shared brake light turn signal.
Yes, factory mk7.5 wagon taillights. I’ve also thought of getting the euro variants with amber turn signals and rear fogs, but for now I dont feel like dropping nearly $1000 for them haha
Nice work! I'd consider a Golf Alltrack should the day come that my 220,000-mile GTI needs to be retired. AWD and a little extra room for ham radio gear would be awesome! Take Care!

Thank you for the support, that’s awesome to hear that you’ve been around for so long!
The more I see your videos, the more I want my alltrack IS38! Thank you for the motivation and the informations
I’m glad you enjoy the content!

Good to know, I have one sitting that came with my intake so I’ll throw it on at some point on the near future. Thanks for the info!

The TDIs are amazing cars, and thank you!

Amazing build and love the seat swap. What did the turbo upgrade do to your MPG?
Thanks! MPGs went up a good amount, recently got 31.4 MPG from CT to Boston with cruise control set at 82mph, generally seeing a 2ish mpg bump around town and 4-10 bump highway depending on the speed and variation of elevations
Wheels look great!
Thanks!
Is there any change in the exhaust sound because of the upgraded turbo, tune and DP?
The downpipe makes the exhaust a bit louder and raspier, and the turbo might have a very small impact on it but the downpipe will definitely change the exhaust note a bit
Did you install some cooling mods?
Front mount intercoller? Oil cooler etc?
Upgraded factory mount intercooler, I must have forgotten to say that in the video thanks for the reminder. I wish I had gotten a front mount or at least upgraded intercooler piping as well
@@BrendonWagner Why? For looks, or was the install a pain? Which brand? Thanks!

Awsome build. I just got my passat alltrack a few weeks ago, and was looking for some mod inspiration 🙂 I have the bitdi so need a tune atleast
Congrats on the new car, enjoy! I wish we had the TDIs here still, they’re amazing cars
Are you running stock injectors?
Yes
@@BrendonWagnernever had any issues ?
@@lloyd_3656 nope, just hit 1 year tuned and nearing 50K miles total without any issues

Thank you! 220k miles on the GTI is amazing, what year is it?
@BrendonWagner - Mine is a 2017 Sport that I bought on Veteran's Day in 2016. I hope to keep it for at least ten years, even at my rate of driving. 👍
@@StealthGTI Nice! I also hope to run mine into the ground
