- Thanks for watching! Please subscribe if you enjoy this video! This is an overview of my watch collection as of March 2017. Pieces below:
Tissot Le Locle
Omega Seamaster De Ville (B6671)
TAG Heuer Carrera Re-edition (CS3111)
Breitling Navitimer 92 (A30022)
Rolex Oyster Perpetual (1002, ca 1962)
Bulova Wrist Alarm
Omega Speedmaster First Omega in Space
Rolex Oyster Perpetual (1002 Blue, ca. 1967)
Extremely good taste - nothing flashy, nothing oversized, just high class vintage. And the strap pairings are spot on.

Talapenio Thank you very much! I appreciate that a lot!
Nice collection. I've been looking at a few of these watches, and I appreciate the eloquent descriptions of each watch.
An absolutely beautiful collection mate. One of the best I have seen recently.

Brilliant collection. Really nice to see such great variety in such a very well sized collection.

Hey thanks for your kind compliment :)
Wow, my respects on you wonderful collection! great vid !!!!! greetings from sunny Baja-Mexico !!!! keep them coming !!!!!
+Bert Ruiz Thank you very much! Will do!
I really love the Bulova, fantastic piece!
Fun with Turtles Thank you! I like it too. Sadly it tends to get overshadowed by some of my other pieces but there's just something cool about the dial and alarm function that I love!
I've seen a few of your vids now. They're all excellent! Keep making vids.
Thank you!! I definitely will.
Beautiful collection
Really nice collection, good size for a collection with a mix of Chrono's and Time only watches. No bracelets or divers in the Lot, kinda reminds me of my own collection with mine being a bit larger and a few divers added. I do love Chronographs
Awesome collection, man! That Heuer is my favorite of the bunch and I'm seriously considering that FOIS to complement my Speedy Reduced. I'm also chasing a good diver under 40mm, so definitely keep us updated with your search!
Thank you! The Heuer is one of my favorites too. I got lucky, they're starting to come up in price. Still can't decide on a diver. Soon!!
classy great video. inspiring collection
Thanks a lot! Appreciate it.
Very nice collection.
Great video thanks for shearing
great choice of watches!!!
Thank you!
great collection sir !!
Thank you very much!
Impressive! I would like a collection like this one day.
Thank you very much!
Great video and awesome collection, I think I like your videos :)
+Vahan AP Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoy them!
great video
We have the same taste in watches a great collection I love the Heuer Carrera and the speedy congratulations greetings from Portugal
Thank you, glad you enjoyed my collection! I'll be traveling to Portugal next year.
Great collection man
Thanks so much!! Gonna do an update video soon.
Sir you have a good taste in fine timepieces!
Thank you very much!
What a well done video and amazing collection.
I just shared your video on UGWC good luck.
Thank you so much! Wow! I really appreciate it. UGWC folks are welcome here anytime!
Your videos have changed my perception of watches, literally.
You've become my 2nd favourite watch channel. It would be good to see you in videos, it gives you more of a human touch but not too much.
Thank you! I am really grateful for your support! It's encouraging to know I could offer something that adds to your enjoyment of the hobby. I would love to be more forthcoming in my videos but I want to make sure it won't interfere with my profession. For now I will continue to connect with viewers as best I can. Hopefully when things settle down in a few weeks or months I can get in front of the camera :)
Great video. Keep them coming! Someone already recommended the Captain Cook. I believe Marathon may make one under 40 as well. And, of course, the Oris Divers 65. They make one under 40 and one at 42.
Patrick Naswell Thanks a lot! I definitely will! Thanks for the great suggestions.
I don't like blue as a colour but of course colour is subjective and I don't like the tag, other than out of all the watch collection reviews I have watched on youtube (I've watched a lot) I genuinely think you have the best and most well thought out collection. I also like the fact all of them are under 40mm (same with my watches). Thanks and please keep posting more videos, subbed.
Thank you very much for your compliment! I agree, under 40mm is a great size. I will definitely keep posting videos. I do my best to upload at least two per week!
That Bulova is simply gorgeous.
Thank you! That one usually flies under the radar. I'm glad you like it.
Wow. From 14 subs to 2.6k! Congrats!
Thank you! Hopefully get the machine going again. Lots to talk about these days :)
For the diver, maybe a Rado Captain Cook hyperchrome. (39mm I think) it wears small though due to the style of the bezel.
Nice collection! I really love that Omega Seamaster De Ville. Unfortunately the audio is a little quieter than I'd find ideal, but with headphones it was a little better.
Thanks for the feedback. I always mix with headphones on, so I will be more attentive to audio levels in the future.
Great collection!
Just bought the white dialed Heuer CS3110 and do have the FOIS as well. I did change the saphire for a hesalite though.
Cheers from Germany
Daniel / @daniels_watches
Great video! Where did you buy the racing strap you have on your Omega Speedmaster from?
Killer collection! Your voice sounds like William Defoe!
Thank you! Funny enough, I've actually be told that a few times before. I'm not complaining!
I have one of those Eichmuller straps on SKX007. Cheap and great straps.
I love the heuer without tag, and the size too...
40mm dive watch: Oris Divers Sixty Five. Just got one in the blue/black face, really nice. I think it would fit your wrist quite well.
Thank you! I have really come to appreciate this watch. It's a great price too. I will definitely consider it.
I don’t know if you’d do a micro, but the Lorier Neptune is a cool vintage-inspired diver. I think it’s 39mm. I preordered one. There’s a really nice looking blue, a black, and a black with gilt hands. I debated the blue vs gilt for ages. Finally went with the latter but still have second thoughts.
Very nice collection my friend. I liked your Bulova alarm so much I decided to buy one. Bulova is not really a brand I had considered prior to watching your video. What is the alligator strap that you have it on? I really like the combo. Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
ACI
Thank you! I think Bulova has some real value in the vintage market! The strap was an alligator grain leather strap from cheapestnatostraps.com but I haven't seen them on the site for a while now.
The Critical Gentleman Thanks for letting me know. Yes it was really good value. I got a steal on mine, but I'm sure you did even better if you purchased a few years back. I guess, I had a prejudice towards Bulova because they are so common and not traditionally thought of as a high end watch brand. The only model I ever considered previously was the Accutron Spaceview, but in the end decided I would not wear it because of the aesthetic. Thanks again for sharing. I'd love to see your other suggestions on vintage watch. Perhaps I could submit a collection review in the future.
Best,
ACI
Lovely collection. You might already know but Rado Captain Cook (limited version) is smaller but quite lovely to me. Cheers~
That is definitely one that I am considering. Great looking watch. Thank you!
The Rado is a great option @ 37.3mm (Captain Cook). I have a Montblanc SportDiver 38mm, 19mm lugs and 45mm length. Perfect for a thinner wrist. Nice collection, I too have a smaller sized collection, Heuer GMT same sized case as yours, JeanRichard Highlands also 38mm, JeanRichard 39mm Terrascope in 39mm, Omega Speedmaster Auto 39mm, Hamilton Aviator 39mm and a 36mm OP in blue. Our collection is very similar, I really like your Breitling, thinking of a 38mm heritage diver (breitling as another addition.
Nice - you have all the right stuff. Maybe add a JLC or Cartier tank.
I would suggest to look and try on a sea dweller, 40mm but wears smaller than same size submariner, its chunkier/heavier but in diameter wears smaller and is a great piece. Or if you don't want to spend too much the seiko skx013 great watch for the money!
Very nice collection, it is not easy to stay under 40mm and yet touch some absolute classics like the Navitimer, Speedmaster or Carrera without being cliche. Really lovely collection. I am also hunting for a midsize diver, I stupidly sold my Glycine airman 18 (not a diver, but 200m WR in a 39mm case) I will be interested to see what is your choice - maybe I get some inspiration :)
Thank you! I think Basel 2018 may have just sealed the deal.. 36-38mm divers galore.
Really nice review ! I'm very impressed by the bands/straps you've put on your watches, they perfectly match the designs and dials/hour markers/hands colors. I would like to know where you buy them because I'm looking for purchasing one for a Rolex Date gold and steel from 1983, or would you even recommend a particular strap ? Thanks again for the good content.
Thank you! I have too many straps, but I like to try and find one to complement each watch. I usually shop around, but have been happy with straps by the brands Hirsch, ColaReb and Fluco most of all.
Congrats! Very nice collection! In particular your second Rolex is a bummer! Regarding a sub 40 mm diver - try to find a good Omega Seamster Professional 36 mm. It's an horological icon!
+Claus-L. Müller Thank you! A vintage SM300 is a great idea, it truly is an icon. And the perfect size! I would love to have one in my collection.
Very cool collection, nice and thoughtful. I would definitely give Tudor a try for a nice dive watch. The black bay is 41mm but wears well.
+pkk9318 Thank you! I'll check out Tudor, if they wear small maybe I can pull one off. I do like the black bay
Update: Uh oh. Now I want the new Seamaster 300 re-issue. It's pricey though.
pkk9318 nice choice
Check out the new Tudor Black Bay 2018 released at Baselworld, it's 39mm!!! Kills the Rolex, RIP
Seamaster professional 300m Diver in the 36mm size
Nice collection! For a gorgeous sub 40mm Diver, consider a Christopher Ward 38mm Trident Pro. I have a blue one and it's a knockout beater diver that elicits favorable comments constantly.
Thank you! The C. Ward divers are undeniably a great value, and handsome pieces. I've considered them before. At the moment, it's between the Trident, Super Seawolf, and Oris 65.
If you’re still looking for a sub 40mm diver then your best bet might be the Seiko SKX013. 38x13 with a 45mm lug to lug. Great collection 👍🏼
Thanks! I think I've settled on the new Longines Legend Diver 36mm!!
Rado Captain Cook,
Oris Aquis 39mm,
Seiko SKX013,
Steinhart OVM 39mm,
Oris 65 36mm
Under 400 for that seamaster is awesome! Looks good on your wrist!
Thanks so much!
Adore your videos! Where do you get your watch straps from? Beautiful!
All over, but many are from Holben's fine watch bands and others from cheaptestnatostraps.com
Hi! You have a great collection ! Better yet are your straps! Where did you t them from?
Any particular site or store I should be looking at? Thanks!
Thank you! I get them from a mix of shops, I have had good experiences at Holben's fine watchbands.
Just subbed. Nice watches.
Thanks a lot! Hope to see you around!
Say how did you learn to edit video? I am just a regular guy. However a older. I was born in 1972 and was a kid of the 80's. And am afraid of editing. I want to make a few videos to share. I bought one of these little go Pro's and it is just sitting. My son in law was supposed to come over and give me a lesson on editing. 3 Years ago. Any advice would be great.
Check out the Seamaster collection (including aqua terra and 300m) ...they are available in various sub 40 sizes
Thanks! Those are good watches. I had an Aqua Terra Railmaster for a while, but sold it to make room.
what do you think about omega geneve from 1970. I would buy one black color. This is my first vintage watch.
Thanks
Thanks for sharing your collection! No beater though?
I do have a few beaters, but chose to exclude them from my collection video to give it a more curated feel. Everything here I chose because I felt there was something special about the watch. My beaters are just that..daily wearers. But, if you're curious, I have a Citizen eco-drive and a Seiko skx023 that I wear day to day.
great collection and video. love the heuer any ideas where I can find one??
+Steve Evans Keep an eye on the used market. Forums, chrono24, dealers, eBay. They currently run over 2k in good condition but they're around. Can't say whether they'll come down in price or not.
Great collection. BTW, where is the strap on the speedmaster from? Thanks.
Thank you! It's a Fluco rally strap from Holben's Watchbands!
The Zodiac Super Sea Wolf 53 wears small and might be for you. Great channel by the way.
Thank you! That is a handsome watch. And true to the original! Now, for that or the Oris 65. Hmm..
A mid size 75090 (I think) Tudor Diver. It a 36 mm with crown guards.
Impressive
Thank you!
Wow you have very nice taste!
Keep up with the vids!
In goin with you're collection I'd say true vintage Rolex sub 5513, but those are mega bucks,
how about a modern vintage Oris 65 diver? I have one highly recommend look into one or even the famous Seiko 6309 and its reissue SRP777
Tony
Thanks Tony! Great ideas, I love the 5513. Simple perfection. The Oris 65 looks cool, do you know if they make it smaller than 42mm? I also like the new Rado Captain Cook. Seiko is definitely on the table, thinking about an SKX013! Thanks for watching, hope to see you around!
CG
The Critical Gentleman
Seikos are great. I guess a tad too big for ur taste lolz. Yeah they have a Oris 65 diver with a 40mm and a slim profile with a super dome Crystal and a very tapering 20mm to 18mm riverted bracelet. should be right up ur street. Faithfull recreation of their diver from the 60s.
Tho mine is the 42mm with a classic circle hour markers and the 40mm has a more retro square numeric markers.
Also I assume the Black Bay 58 is on your radar now?
a carefully sellected collection! for the diver, you have enough rolexes in my opinion, perhaps a grand seiko would be great!
and one more thing, nice leather straps u have! what about the metal bracelets of the oysters? i think they are a main part of the aesthetics.
+Sameh H.B. Alexandria Thank you! I will check out the Grand Seiko. I hadn't thought of the diver! I usually prefer straps to bracelets but the Oyster bracelet is pretty nice! I may have to get one. Neither of my OPs came on a bracelet. Thank you for your thoughtful suggestions.
If you're willing to shell out the cash, the Blancpain Bathyscaphe is a classy diver at 38mm.
Maybe the new rado captain cook?Vintage and simple, nice small size too
+Adrian Gunawan Great new release! Thanks!!
Nice , But , no Holy Trinity ? no Vacheron Constantin or Audemars Piguet ? probably soon .
Check out hamilton super compressor 600 if you like longines legend diver.
+Verne Cool watch! Thanks for the suggestion. They also made a modern super compressor in the early 2000s too, but I don't know the reference or where to find one.
What's the state of your collection today?
Just get a Seiko SKX013 and you’ll be happy. I love mine to bits.
damn! love the watches! they're in amazing condition! where do you get your straps?? they're so nice and clean!
Thank you!! I get them from a number of sources. Mostly Amazon, cheapestnatostraps, and Holbens watch bands. The brands are mixed but most are ColaReb or deBeer or cheapestnatostraps
Thanks for the response! What's the strap you have on your heuer?
Is this the one on your Omega? www.holbensfinewatchbands.com/debeer-short-alligator-grain-leather-brown/
On the Heuer I have a "Torino" strap from cheapestnatostraps.com. Unfortunately I haven't seen it available for a few months.
Yes, that looks to be it, although mine was called "tan" or "cognac" or something. I think that one you linked will be a darker brown.
dude a good tip would be to add 'state of the collection' to your tags, because when I search that you don't come up
Hey thanks for the tip! I appreciate the help. I'm still just getting the hang of things. Just updated my tags :)
Sub 40 diver.. either you go with Christopher Ward C60 or SKX 013 both are beautiful 38mm.
Great suggestions. I am on the verge of pulling the trigger on an SKX013. I considered a CH Ward until I saw the new logo..
Agreed. Not a big fan of the new logo/placement either.
Apparently steinhart is coming out with 38.5mm divers very soon. Like within the next few months. Could be interesting. That said, I have a SKX013 in the mail and am sort of kicking myself.
I have just pulled the trigger on the 013
013's are great. I actually just picked up an SKX023 only because it was half the price. Not a bad buy, and just my size!
There is only one diver for you, Seiko 62 MAS model reference SLA017, it's better than a Rolex Submariner and even more expensive being limited to 2000 pieces only.
Thanks for the suggestion! I do like that diver! So hard to choose.
I think its hard to be a watch collector and not have seiko skx ;) It so great for its price and small diver as you asked. As for divers i advice Seamaster or Submariner, since you seem to be fun of both brands
+Wiktor Sarzyński Good idea, I like the SKX and it is a good value. Maybe I can find the 38mm version. The new SM300 limited edition is exciting too.
you should get a Seiko 200m scuba watch
37mm Rolex yachtmaster?
Check out the new re edition Rado Captain Cook.
+POH TECK HIAN Wow, good looking vintage inspired at at 37mm! Awesome. Thanks for the suggestion. I hadn't thought about Rado at all!
I came here to say exactly the same thing, you beat me to it!
Tudor 58
Vostok Amphibia 160271 on a brown leather strap might suit you.
See Just one more watch channel out now. Video called Just one more Vostok. Second thoughts it would lower the class of your collection. You could use it for mucking out the pigs or fishing as its tough and properly waterproof.
$89 from Meranom.com.
What about a datejust?
Datejust is definitely a great watch! I think pretty similar to my oyster perpetual. Maybe I'll swap them someday.
A more close up of the watches would have make this video even better..............
Prices shot up even a vintage rolex is overpriced
small gold watch for 400$ how can you say no.
I couldn't! And it's still one of my favorites.
Your wrist looks bigger than 6 inches.
Thank you ;)
A bastard stole my dad's tag heuer
That's terrible, I'm sorry to hear it. I know the feeling. I used to have two carreras. I sold one and the buyer used his credit card to reverse the charge and the bank said there was nothing they could do. He effectively stole it from me.
