@@mattwallace8694 I work regularly to support the BC Cons party. Based on the April 30th Question period the speaker appeared to act impartial. You can imply from JT words but Pierre's were overt, and disrespectful to the government of Canada. Pierre was given chances to correct himself. I am only judging based on the current actions I see. Soon we will have a Conservative speaker. I would expect them to take the same actions Fergus just did. I wouldn't be surprised if the life long Conservative speaker is proud to be conservative. If it makes for better optics and they never say anything about it great. If a lifelong conservative supporter/MP at one point says they are a proud conservative I personally will never consider that a 'scandal'.
Whacko is probably the nicest word that most Canadians would use to describe Trudeau !

Maybe Trudeau should do what Pierre said he would do today… invoke the notwithstanding clause at the federal level to override the constitution or court decisions he doesn’t agree with.
With that in mind, maybe Trudeau could just ignore the electoral laws… invoke the Notwithstanding clause and stay in power.
