I'd kinda like to explore more indie games every now and then. It'll be nice to have something I can finish in a weekend and get a video out on. Plus, it lets me experience games I wouldn't normally play and show them off to you. If you have any suggestions for future smaller indie games, leave a comment about it.
I'll read it... probably.
Maybe.
Although their worlds aren't very big, I'd like to recomend sokpop's fishy and fishy 3D for fun cute little expiriences - short little games being a fish!
Or perhaps even Slime rancher for a decently sized world and *tons* of little areas and nooks and crannies? I know I spent a few hours myself just trying to fly my way to distant rock outcroppings or fighting against the jetpack to scale cliffs and trees that definently weren't intended to be scaled
Speaking of charming and underwater, Another Crab's Treasure seems like a match made in heaven for this series.
Although finishing it in a weekened may not be doable.
Slime Rancher is definitely one of the first games I thought about when considering other smaller indie games. I played maybe a dozen hours of it close to its release some years ago, it'd be fun to return to it.
I've heard of the game here and there over the past couple weeks, but I didn't know anything about it. I just looked up footage of it, and apparently it's a souls-like??? I just assumed it was a 3d platformer hahaha. I'll do some more research and see if it'd be up my alley.
Whoa. . . the vibes are emaculate.
I swear your channel is like a therapy man.. So peaceful & relaxing ! Keep going man 🤘🏻🔥
Thanks for introducing the game. Looks relaxing. Reminds me a little of "Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor" which is also about cleaning up stuff, and which i enjoyed a lot. Added it to my wishlist.
I always wanted to make some sort of underwater game, this video really helped me home in on the aspects I wanna put in and the aspects I wanna keep out. Thanks!
Thanks for taking us all on a little tour of this adorable little game :]
I know this video probably won't get as many views as a lot of your others but I really love that you're covering an indie game with the same care you give to AAA/classic games. Please do more of these.
Thank you for exposing us to cool ass weird games. this ones like a wholesome viscera cleanup detail lol
i really hope you find big success with your awesome chill thoughtful video style i hope others discover how good this shake up is compared to everyone else's content
Your channel is a delight and your narration is wonderful and relaxing, keep up the fantastic videos!
amazing video. love your channel so much, always thought provoking and relaxing. appreciate all the time and energy you pit into everything.
thank you for covering this game!! definitely my indie favorite from 2023 ❤
The game looks really nice
i thought my screen froze bacause the black screen was so long
When you go to the edge of the designated area, it says you can't venture any further and to return to your designated cleaning locations, what if there is another person just like you who's border rubs up against yours? What are those people like? What if you could meet the other people cleaning up the world by going to that border area?
Make the game multiplayer, but let people only interact at the world border. Have it be like the Super Mario 64 parallel universes with copies of the game world just laid out in a grid. I think we got a million dollar idea there.
As an amateur exploiter I am considering getting into this just to see if I can cheese my way outside of the game boundaries and satiate Pretzel's curiosity pertaining to what lies BEYOND
I bet atlantis is just beyond some of those rocks. You gotta go see if it's there.
This game has STRONG Nintendo 64 vibes. Requesting Gex 64: Enter the Gecko review 😎😎
For your next could you survive in video, could you cover rain world?
You did not just change the preview to this...
Yoooooo
yooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
@@PretzelYT YOOOOOOOOOOPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
You can't just say perchance!
Do you take requests on games to explore?
I keep a big list of games to cover and I'm always open to adding games that interest me! If you got something, shoot it my way here.
@@PretzelYT Well mainly my suggestions would be the worlds of the first two Banjo games. Kazooie and Tooie.
My other one is a game I've got over 500 hours in. 7 Days to Die. After 11 years, the game is FINALLY out of it's Alpha stage into a full release. huge expansive world with different biomes, pre fab cities and houses, secret houses with a giant mutant pig and super corn. etc. If you're unfamiliar with it, the mechanics of 7 Days are very similar to minecraft but it's more modern with tech and guns, and set in a post apocalyptic zombie world. but it pretty much plays just like minecraft and everything is destructible and you can dig down to bed rock.
