They sure made a mess of that tub. The moto bleed nipple can be fixed without any foam or cabinet removal. But unfortunately you have idiots out there who call themselves spa technicians.
Can you please share how you fix the bleed line without removing any foam or cabinet removal. I have taken the sides off and removed the foam and narrowed the leak down the the bleed line. I am about to flip it on its side and fix it, unless you can share another way! Thanks for any help you can offer.

They used some devCon on the inside of the tub where the motojet drain line was. Was that what was supposed to be done?
