- Designer Kimberly Czornodolskyj takes us inside her client’s renovated 1600-square-foot condo in downtown Toronto. “We wanted to bring elements into the space that are reminiscent of city life,” says Kimberly. With the views of the CN Tower, this luxury condo features a marble kitchen, dining banquette and a moody foyer clad in wood - with a surprise room you would never know was there.

Gorgeous. The Brown is beautiful. It is fun, eclclectic yet modern. Trendy yet timeless n reflect an unique vibe. A good example on how to live with ur time without looking cookie cutter

She designed a proper TV wall with no wiring, TV mounting is flat to the wall. Fire place is well done. Thumbs up. No fru fru there.

You could see a sophisticated Torontian man living there. I love the changes they made to what it was originally there and the idea of the dark entrance gives you a James Bond feeling

Ooh the Shangri-la Hotel Toronto is a really nice hotel. I stayed there for a weekend and the spa experience alone was well worth it. Love the design of this residence. I wish they would show us reels of the home in the evening. I'm sure the lighting creates an even better atmosphere.

Bedroom is very good with buid in headboard. All electrical are done with attention to details. I think she even did a textured wall behind a headboard.

Entrance way storage is well done. Cabinet doors go all way to the floor. There is no kick panel. Very good.

Wow that is a dramatic overhaul. So beautifully Done. Yes a lot of money was spent but you could get many ideas from these designs and use more economical materials. 👏👏

Entrance is how ir should be with lots of hidden storage. It is not like other designers are doing exposing coats and shoes. Wine bar is cleverly hidden too. Who wants to look at the bottles?
I kniw its minute, but i love the round pillows on the living room sofa. It softened the look. Several placed as such, was unusual.
I might consider two for my sectional sofa.

A well considered space with super attention to detail! Great to see ambient lighting and task lighting for reading, beside the bed. But...we are so over 'karate chopped' cushions (pillows) in the UK - e.g. a big 'no' for Queen of Interiors Kelly Hoppen! Apart from that small point, I'd happily move in 😄❤

Yes, I LOVE them! I have a live edge coffee table from the 1970s. Once belonged to my mother.
Kimberly is so talented! And such an inspiration as I'm the same age as her (28) and she is so accomplishment already at a young age.
Lighting is impressive without terrible pot lights. Especially in one room with stretched ceiling with linear LEDs.

Very cool place. Some dark pieces but it’s offset by the windows & natural light. The only thing I’m not sure about is the island. It looks like the counter doesn’t extend. How do people sit on the bar stools & move or stretch their legs? The fireplace is beautiful. I would definitely hire this team but I don’t think they travel to Philadelphia. LOL!!! Keep up the good work. It’s a great channel.
It does extend. I thought the same thing at first but in some shots you can see the overhang. It's very well done because the sides walls are at an angle giving you an illusion of one solid panel.

Bathroom is proper except that tiling is not all around it. Not a good idea to save on tiling.

Kichen is design in a right way as well. It is linear, that what it makes it stylish. I would eliminate open shelves for visual noise and a banket. Bankets are old fashioned and not comfortable.
Where is the bedding from?
How do you seat comfortably on tha island? No space for the knee. I would be so pissed

I hate the round pillows on the sofa. They are useless. I do love the front entry way.

Why collab with another designer and then say you normally work solo? Sounds like you started botchinig the job and the client put his foot down and you called for help.
I actually decided after our first meeting with the client that I wanted to collaborate on the project, as I felt our design senses together would be a perfect pairing for him. He's been ecstatic throughout the entire process!
Beautiful space. Too sad the designer kept misusing the term “moment” to describe a space. Producers should really work with the designers and curate the speech as it almost made me stop the video.
looks like staging, great for rentals. sadly. reach out for the pop of color and pizzazz. the city as dreary and grey and dark. your home should not be moody. it should be relaxing .
