Thank you so much for sharing this info. I knew something was up with my horse but it’s been hard to identify source or cause. Ive seen several vets and chiro who tried different things. I have an Arabian gelding who often crooks his tail to the left. I recently saw a sports medicine doctor who offered pain relief and prescribed exercises to strengthen the hind end and encourage stretching over the top line. I’m using Jec,s book in the rehab process. After an initial period of groundwork we are now doing specific rehab riding. Tail carriage is still off. So I’m scratching my head and wondering if we’re on track. Good to hear and be reminded that the right exercise and conditioning can help. I don’t think I’m alone on this journey. I wish there was more on this subject. Thanks so much for talking about pain and the role of exercise.🐴❤
Thank you this was so helpful and really resonated with my horse atm. Please could you do a video (or point me to one) on what exercises you would do with a horse with locking stifles/painful stifles who is reluctant to stay in trot, and really struggles right rein. I have your book Jec (55 corrective exercises) and it’s great. Thank you

As always, you've opened another door of awareness! Thank you.
"Goat on a rock posture" what a perfect description of this stance.
