I think the residents should come together and drill just few bore hole and share the water
I agree
This is Africa it's tribal they don't do each other good look at what's going on they are theybwant weapons to kill each other
Everything is a rip off and will not changed
Good job as always, that's why we love you Mr. Lamptey. Keep up the awesome job and many will give you more contracts without you lifting a finger.
Thank you 😊

Yes please answer the question about the amount of bore holes. Whether you drill one or more it is no different it is the amount utilized
I just subscribed
Thank you
Good Info bro.. how much is a tanker of water now in the area
Depending on the size of tanker and the destination will tell. But starting price is about 600 cedis for about 4000 liters
Thanks for the info very important however one thing comes to mind. If everyone in the village has his or her borehole this means that everyone is pulling from the same water source. I have heard in the past that excessive drawing of borehole water means it can be exhausted quite quickly. Any thoughts??
Thanks for watching too. I honestly can't validate that information regarding excessive boreholes. I will have to find out from a borehole expert.
dannyDCT! That's a very good question. That thought has been on my mind for some time now. I remember watching a video about a farming region in America where there was a water shortage, and the narrator said that due to the lack of rainfall many of the underground aquifers that the farmer used as supplemental water supply were drying up. When the water level in the aquifer is very low or dried up, it creates cavities in the ground that can cause sinkholes. I am no expert on these things, but this is what I learned from watching videos about the many causes of sinkholes.
@@hortenseclarke2589 there a many sink holes in Israel because the decided to re-route the Jordan river. I wonder about the dredging of land from the ocean to build Dubai. I was wondering if one day there might be a catastrophe by Mother Nature. Take Florida for example. 100 years ago Ft Myers, Florida USA had natural wetland marshes. Then building developers came in and dredged the land and built multi million dollar homes on this new land. So when hurricanes come the storm surge water had no where to go but into these homes.
Thanks for the tips brother. Can you please tell me how much it is to clear 2 plots? My friends and I have some plots at PAV.
There are a couple of factors that goes into clearing a plot, some of these include whether there's access road, the topography of the place, the quantity or sizes of trees available on the plot, among others. But you should be looking between 1,000 to 2000 cedis per plot, depending on some of these factors. You are also able to negotiate with the operator and see how best you can bit the price down.

Thank you bro
What currency are you talking when you say 22000
Everything is being quoted in cedis
Does the purchase price of 1200 include the survey price as well?
I can't entirely tell. Will be best if you inquire from the office, considering if things might have changed now
Mr Lamptey are you an architect?
No please but i have an architect i work with.
Are your plots registered at the Lands Commission of Ghana? To the best of my knowledge no one has been able to register their land in the Asebu Village because of litigation. That includes me. Do you only have a 50 year lease also?
@@valencia81750 Is your land still in litigation? Someone else stated there's was as well during the Friends of Asebu Pan African Village Q&A a few weeks ago. Are you unable to begin building because of this? or do you have to sit around and wait?
