That 73' Road Runner has my heart. Had 1 with a 383 in it. A beast!
My 68 runner was 383 4spd, 69 was a 440, & 74 satellite was 383 auto, personally I prefer the 383 over the 440, had a lot of the a, b, & e bodies, with the entire range from the 225 up to 440, only 2 never had was the 198 & a hemi
Great work, I hope the old guy changes his mind about the price increase on those other cars, they arn't doing any good sitting there. If anything should happen to him, no doubt his family will sell the lot for scrap! I have seen this happen countless times and normally it's a car i've been after and it's either priced too high or they won't sell!
Oh but he's going to restore them all one day....
Great job saving these beautiful cars brother. They deserve a new life and an owner to pamper them. Thanks for sharing.
Yes they do, Thanks Buddy
Classic finds !
Paul here. The olds was pretty nice also. Looked like a Starfire. They were 394 cubic inch.
Hi Paul. Ya i was thinking of pulling it. Price is all
Thank you for bringing it back to life.
I had a road runner 1970, but I was younger at dumb fool.
I think it’s awesome the amount of work and time that you guys put into saving these classic cars
Thanks

Excellent effort by all... b appreciated im sure by the viewers. Can't wait to c some follow ups on these classics. Well done!!🔥🔥🔥
Much appreciated
great save... that challenger looks rough!
So nice seeing a skidsteeer properly operated, just a slightly high idle and the controls just eased, so many idiots think the only way is throttle wide open and yank the controls
Being raised in the rust belt it just breaks my heart when see southern folks shredding cars with no damage and maybe just a tiny bit of surface rust,, seen lot in this video that most car guys I know would consider quite save able
Most enjoyable viewing. The Oldsmobile stole my heart.
Great job men ,excellent find hopefully you can get them a new life.
Pretty KOOL Great saving them Can’t wait for next video
What a 1973 Road Runner going for price wise
That Olds is worth a shot at saving.
Too bad about the RT, I had hoped that car would land the hands of someone that would bring the car back, in a timely manner. I personally doubt the old man will do the car justice.
if the road runner gtx is legit you got yourself a super rare car. 117 build says my red book ...
nice find. i'll take that chevy pick up if you decide against it. by the way that RT is not just an RT. it looks like it is also the SE model. = worth $$$$
Great job... Great team.
Thanks Buddy
Pretty cool man! I used to find an save some good old cars here in Eastern Washington! Since it's pretty dry and hot they seem to survive here pretty well! Even 67-69 Camaros which are prone to rust! However it's getting pretty hard to find anything worth saving these days! People like me have pretty much drug away anything that can easily be found even out in the old wheat country! My last cool find was a 53 Ford car which was the last year of the flathead and one of the first automatics! I was out on an old road out in the middle of nowhere and saw the Ford in an old falling apart garage on an old wheat farm. I made a deal with the owner and my friend took the car and I kept the engine for one of my projects!
With the roof gone it seems like too far gone. Hopefully some good parts. Great work clearing a path.
Actually the floors the trunk the quarters the rockers the hood the fenders the pillars everything is nice I would rather repair a $200 roof skin than the bottom of the car be rotted
Cool, glad you can save it!
That last place you were at, did anyone get the 65 Riviera?
@@tomwinkle5536 nope
@@heartoftexasbarnfindsandcl5193 dam, sorry to hear that. I have always wanted 1 but felt I could not afford.
Now that was a nice start brother. Can’t wait to see what else you can get your hands on before he changes his mind again.
I know right. Its crazy. But I'm working with him..
The same way men of shipbuilders who knock out the morring blocks to set a ship into its first float , a vision .
Gotta appreciate the hard work!! Great video keep working keep grinding.
The last year for the 383 was 1971. From 1972 up until 1978 it was the 400 and the 440, then it was discontinued after 1978.
Should try to find and buy a roll of plastic so you can wrap it up around the top the bottom of the car maybe three or four times to keep the top and windshield aerodynamic FYI just a suggestion
😎✅
Well done from Australia
Them cars are toast 😆 burnt toast
Nice work
April fools 🤔 lol good find guys.🤘
Sucks he changed his prices on you!!
I know right.
HEY==RETIRED CAR GUY FROM NEW ENGLAND===NICE FINDS==''COOL--''BEANS''
I never knew that there was a Roadrunner GTX. Isn't it one or the other. If it is I learned something new today. I think it's a R.R. nice car. Good luck.
1 of 117 . They didn't make a lot
Good to see he finally released some from their graves shame about the others changing the price my pick would be the olds starfire if i could still good to see some saved . Cheers from oz
I really like the Olds Starfire but it's pretty dam rotten!
@@kickit59 seen the water fall out of it but its complete an most you see in yards are stripped an a mig an some metal can fix rust but chasing the little bits to restore a old car can be harder than fixing rust on a car thats not catered for by the after market
@@peterselten500 It would be cool to see that Starfire saved for sure. In 1971 when I was 12 years old in Yuma, Arizona in the back yard of the house next door there was the same model Starfire as this one that had been sitting for a while! It didn't run but it looked really good! I hope that one found a new home! Thanks for posting such a cool video!
Sounds like the old man figures all of a sudden those cars became loaded with gold.
Yep..
That rt is toast.
great shows keep up the good work all the sweet golden goodness in one place
The challenger appears to have the small rear window with the fiberglass plug. Could it be an RT/SE..... check the VIN.
I’m late to the party Thomas. Save what you can outta there and maybe the oldman will come to his senses and let more go . Just sad to see all those vehicles sitting in the lowest part of all the surrounding . That red dart looks nice and try to get that tan c10 short bed from his other stash. The date coded parts are worth saving even if the cars isn’t . Good luck with this adventure and I’ll keep watching. 🤙
Thanks, The Dart is cool. But I seen the short bed chevy too. Prob get them.
wow
3 2 barrels increased the value by 75% ..then you bought it, parked it with its winders down. Threw a bunch of random junk in it. Let it sit that way, forgotten for the last 40 years. Decreased in value 80 000%. ..but don't worry about all that, he's a nice old dude. He'll sell it to you young buckaroo's for only 75% of what he just saw one drive across the auction block at Barrett-Jackson. Yall should probably snap that up quick before the lines of folks wanting to get at that car are lined up at the fence early tomorrow morning. Good luck!
GOOD
Save that blue 72 Satellite Sebring Plus!!!
Would like to go to a yard In Missouri with some classic cars that might still run
Sure
get them while around, simple build it
Thats awesome if that 73 is a RR gtx
grab that tunnel ram lol
It is, And got a 440 for it
Sweet i'll be looking forward to seeing that and the '72 when they are done. Cheers
Did I hear you right, did you say AMX's? Which generation
Yep. 70’s
Great, both cars rotten out, windshield and interior busted, and no engine.
Pretty much! LOL.. Rare as sh! tho
I’d like to have the 75 Dodge Charger that was in the front yard next to the barn from the Chevy.
Are you going to keep the Sebring plus or are you planning on selling it
Sell Prob. I Like it. But cant keep them all. Rather Find a good Home for her. My number is in decryption.
Awesome man I will give you a call
Do you ever come across 1939 Chevy pickup
Love the 74 cuda and the 70 challenger.Where is this place?
How much for the 73 Road Runner
I’d bet that it’s a factory 400 big Block not a 440
True. I miss spoke
Dude talking about that challenger with the six pack ,but car doesn't have a tag or Vin. It's just a skeleton
Yep. Im gonna ask his son?
Hi Thomas I have 1967 ford mustane need quarter window parts and love to see more mustane have good one
I don't sorry
@@heartoftexasbarnfindsandcl5193 hi Thomas love your show wish I could be doing that lot of fun.
shame you didnt get to go n pick that old wrecking yard out at Columbus texas before they had crushed everything back in 05. they had some rare cars out there to include a Torino Talladega, several corvair vans all in great shape. i had heard family infighting had resulted in everything getting crushed n scrapped. but, who really knows. they had a running ford galaxie convertable with a cobra jet 429 under the hood that they were almost giving away! i think if my memory serves me correct they were asking 1200.00 for it.
Crazy......
73er rr 🤤🤤🤤🤤
what a shame that r/t will sit there till its a brown stain on the ground
Yes it is. Ill try one more time.
I guess your planning on keeping these as the amount they would cost to restore would eliminate any chance of a profit considering the huge amount of work required ?
Ill Keep them.... and Have 100 cars that are most desirable like all these old men out here. But ill Be picky.. Really Care less if they sell... I got Money
It does annoy me that guys like the seller hoard all these cars and leave them open to the elements to deteriorate over the years then they have the audacity to haggle over the prices
Channel name should read "...Classics" not "...Classic's". Plural is not possessive.
Save the truck
May I ask what did pay for the cars?
Player Price, Each diff
What is the logic to run ing a 75 foot chain on dry ground when could snub close and have car out in one pull. What am I missing ?
Holy Hell man, I think you need to find someone else to drive that Bobcat, bc whoever it is can't drive that thing for shit and keeps doing everything the hard way, That bobcat has enough balls in it to lift those cars, he could have rigged it up to where he could have lifted the front end of each car and pulled them out of there, I use to work for a Scrap Yard and I use to take the Bobcat with pretty much the same bucket setup except for ours was an actual bucket instead of whatever that bucket style is on this one, but I use to clamp the claws into the side of whole vehicles and carry them minus the wheels tho, So I know that Bobcat has more balls than what he's giving it
That’s my dad in the bobcat. He just bought it as a toy doesn’t have much experience at it. Thanks for being so hard on him though. I didn’t think he did that bad of a job
David skaufel
Super nice finds!!! 06:16 Fuck the old 440, someone will find a modern Engine/Drivetrain for that great Roadrunner! =)
should get what he can for the cars stop being greedy.let others have a chance to them, not scrappers
Past their sell by dates.!!!
Are you planning on posting these for sale?
Might sell one or two to a good home.
@@heartoftexasbarnfindsandcl5193 Is there a Ph# to hit you up or PM?

Has he got any 67 ford fairlane 2 door hard top
What about a 68 vw with a 1600 horse motor
Not sure
Roadrunner would be a 400 engine or smaller.
my 98` dodge ram 5.2 motor would be nice in there.
True John. Donation? LOL
@@heartoftexasbarnfindsandcl5193 plenty of dodge rams out there.the computer and wiring is easy to transfer.
@@johnstach4601 I was just joking buddy but yeah you’re right it probably would work easy
You said the starfire is rotten come to the north I will slow you rotten that car need to be saved
LOL... You are right sir.. May go back for her.
That the Daisy Duke Car?
late 60's and 70's dodges' came from the factory already rusting. it wasn't an option. fords at least waited a year and GM's 2 before to he rust option kicked in.. Don't know what dodge used, but they rusted as fast as cheap japanese tin toys from the 40's and 50's.
What was the price on the blue amx
2500
What kind of bike is that?
Harley That Evil K would ride and jump.
Looks like too much work for me
The Olds was better lol
its sad when a mans word means nothing anymore.rather leave them rot, then take lower and let the cars live again!will a great estate sale!!lol
Hope u didnt pay for those. U will be under water with a restored. Good luck!!!!
😂
That's what we call a renigger!
