i can realy see me playing for a LOOONG time on NintendoLand. i grew up playing supersmash bros, zelda, and mario party and i have never played a game that brought so much fun more than these 3. and now i can socialize around the world with this! i simply cannot wait to play this game thanks nintendo :)

This looks really fun. I'm going to enjoy getting the Wii U. Even though many of the games will be available on other systems, I'll be getting a lot of them for the Wii U and definitely picking up a lot of exclusives.

yes, it was anounced e3 2011 that the games will be suported in 1080HD and have a more advance shader system and poly support then the 360
I personally thought Nintendo Land was presented far more interestingly here than during the conference. This made me really want to play it and give it a shot! The music is super fun!

Will Nintendo land be packaged with the Wii U in a similar vein to how Wii Sports was with the Wii? Because I think that would be an awesome way to showcase the console to first time buyers.

The wii U is backwards compatible with the wii game discs. The wii remotes can connect to the wii U (So 4 wii remotes and 2 addable wii u gamepads). Also I believe gamecube games are downloadable in the wii U like the 3DS and the GBA games.
Though I was disappointed with the conference, I decided to go to Nintendo's E3 website to see the line-up of Wii U titles actually confirmed for Wii U. No Star Fox or F-Zero yet (I still have hope) but I counted 11 games I'm interested in. I'm sold on the console.
REMEMBER: Graphics are not all in video games(its grafics or graphics?)

I have high expections for Ninty's next E3 (early I know) cos I'm sure they will tease us Smash Brothers and/or concept art for the new Zelda be it 3ds or Wii.U. Not forgetting Shigeru Miyamoto's secret game he has been working on. But for right now, the Wii U does not really have a omg must have system selling game. I'm still getting the Wii U in good faith that Nintendo and third party devs will deliver stunning software for years to come.

Good point actually. Hopefully, wiiu turns out to be awesome. I'm gonna wait to buy it anyways when the good games come out and maybe a price drop if it does badly initially like 3ds, which it might coz of the lack of killer games.

i guess im an all around gamer then because i love counter strike and also play stratagy games like age of empires and total war but i also like games like audio surf as well as horror games like penumbra and i even loved dear esther
This might be a stretch, but I really hope this is a pack-in title (the same as Wii Sports was.)
Zelda Quest and The donkey kong game look like they'd be fairly challenging. I do hope for them to be a pack-in. I can also see myself looking at Supermario U speedruns on youtube.

The boost mode, it can be used to help your friends, or troll them:) Already looks like it's gonna be one of, if not, the best NSMB game. As long as the bosses are NOT the koopalings, I will be fine with it:)

Yes, bro. That's a big part of this system.
Not to knock your second statement, but only the Gamecube controller is the Gamecube controller. I'm happy that there's an update on the CCP w/ clickable sticks (the only real difference besides not needing the Wiimote to plug into), but plenty of Smash Bros. players are dead set on the Gamecube controller as their optimum setup.
This is why I hope a compatible one is at least offered as a prize on Club Nintendo.

I only have two questions:
Will there be a new Super smash brothers?
And will I be able to use a GameCube controller on it?
I think that's unlikely. I would love information on new Pokémon games, too, but considering that we've had PokéPark 2, Pokémon Conquest, Black/White 2, PokéDex 3D Pro - in other words, a lot of Pokémon information and plenty of games recently - I don't think we'll be getting anything new until Black/White 2 come out. However, in my opinion, since so much is being released so soon into this newest generation of Pokémon, it's probable that they have a LOT planned. ^_^
The Wii U? Of course!
That doesn't really make much sense because most games and features involve the pad the pad is like the controller. Sure you can use wii motes but what would be the point.

In my opinion, Nintendo Land should be like Wii Sports, and be included with Wii U when you buy it, since, like Wii Sports, it introduces you to the Wii U GamePad.
Pikmin is a hardcore rts that does require a great deal of thought. Not only that, but there are four captains to control now, increasing the complexity of the game. I don't think you know what a hardcore game is.
I wish Nintendo would focus on just one piece of hardware instead of spreading out the games between a console and a portable. Imagine how strong the Wii U lineup could have been if every Nintendo team had games ready for this E3.

I'm probably not going to buy the WiiU... but i think it looks cool. Hmm... one thing i never seen yet is how the online going to work, is it going to be like the old wii where you got a friend code, or will it be like the PS3, where you can message friends and not have to pay for online (my favorite), or will it be like Xbox, similar to the PS3, but you have to pay? If anyone goes this much into a research let me know :)
For what it's worth I totally agree, I'm going to hold off on Wii U until a new Metroid, Zelda, Star Fox or F-Zero game comes along...
Nintendo needs as much support as possible to compete with other consoles.
They probably assumed that they wouldn't be able to answer that.
I hate having to tilt the controller for you to be able to see in different angles. That totallty eleimates the use of a TV.
That probably means it's coming...I hope.

I just want to know how much the Wii U is going to cost. I want one. True the conference could've have been better, but they did have some good games and there's still the 3DS conference so there's still hope. Nintendo is still number 1 in my book. :)

the problem with the conference is they left too much stuff out, and they didnt explain it all too well. it was all just concept. nothing about the online and other stuff (btw miiverse looks amazing)

i think the miiverse looks really interesting. reminds me of playstation home but with more things to do. the game line up was a bit weak but its great to hear assasins creed will be for wii u.new super mario bros looks decent but ive never been a fan of the modern 2d side scrollers besides the old ones. i was hoping for super smash bros universe but i was disappointed to see it wasnt there.
5:28 I expect F-Zero racers to go faster than that... but anyway, I'm glad that Nintendo still remembers F-Zero, but I'm still a bit disappointed that they can't even make a full-fledged reboot of it already, instead of just a minigame!! I've been waiting so long. And seeing gorgeous hovercrafts in HD, with 30 player online support... I can dream, can't I? DO IT NINTENDO
they showed a zelda demo HD last yr. Nintendo didn't release much for wii in the last yr. They should have been working hard to have games ready for wiiu launch window.
I hear that retro may be working on a sequel to donkey kong country returns, not sure though..
This game looks awesome and creative for Nintendo fans and someone who is getting into Nintendo it's pretty much like what Wii Sports was to the Wii sucks for the people that don't get it. Oh well their loss.

I still don't understand how some people only like certain type of games and still call them self a gamer I feel comfortable calling my self a hardcore games on the basis that i play every kind of game on every platform and love em all from pacman to battlefield 3 I am a gamer
