I disagree. I always thought that Voorhis was charismatic, while Roche is a stereotypical soldier without humor. Also Voorhis is a member of a highborn family, while Roche isn't if I remember correctly.

Annarietta's attitude on vampires and hunting them soured my opinion on her swiftly. I was a fan of her up till that point, and she just went downhill from there. Then I read the books and my opinion of her soured even more.
Those 3 are heads of state - they basically have no time for excuses or accepting the job halfway done otherwise others might sense weakness and have them assassinated. Voorhis is young, and doesn't shoulder the burden of statecraft (yet) so he can afford to be more affable. Probably helps to make more friends in case he needs them in the future.
I’m the beginning of the game I thought I would strongly dislike a lot of the nilfgaardians. But I like Voorhis. And the twins that Geralt talked to when he was looking for Dandelion. He even helped one of them giving her fencing lessons.

Temeria would sign a seperate peace and become "a puppet" of Nilfgard in foreign politics. But Dikstra wants to continue the war (becoming the harsh but wise king of Redania) and as Gerald you choose the outcome.

There is something about this character that I love, I don't know why. I'm fine with the empress game-ending, but I can really imagine him as an emperor. Morvran Voorhis and Eskel are my favorite characters in the witcher world, well and Yennefer. I like these videos very much, I am learning so much more about this world!
morvran voorhis becomes their emperor no matter what. developers deleted flashbacks with him when he becomes their emperor after the death of emhyr or when he marry ciri. according to the books he has more rights to their throne than ciri and emhyr put together.

Okay, I can't help but thinking when Geralt is recruiting allies for the Battle of Kaer Morhen, and he persuades Emhyr to send an unity of his own army to help in battle, but only if Morvran leads them, and Geralt refuses. I mean, they did not seem to dislike each other very much before, and if Geralt was truly desperate for allies to help him and the others face the Hunt in battle, shouldn't him have swallowed his pride, agree to Emhyr's conditions and by consequence have more troops to fight the Hunt? And if he TRULY disliked Morvran just make him suffer an "accident" on the walls and say he fell on battle. My point is: What happened in between them to make Geralt dislike him so much to refuse getting a whole militar unity for the upcoming battle in order to not fight besides Morvran?
Emhyr DID plan to apparently marry Ciri and get her pregnant, to keep the noble line strong, sick idea for the incest and the possible genetic problems for the baby. I saw Morvran as a commander of Armies, not the next Emperor.
I think he was next in line, because after ciri disappeared and Emhyr had no more legitimate children. And we don't know about Emhyrs brothers meaning Morvran was next in line

I believe the plan was to have Morvran to marry Ciri, at least that was a plan at some point. Not quite sure I remember where I heard it, but I do seem to remember it. I always took that to be the reason he tried to befriend you at the horse races, he knows Geralt is very protective of Ciri and wanted to be on his good side in case he did marry Ciri, so Geralt didn't get pissed about it.

Well, as Morvran is supposed successor to Emhyr, and also supposed to be husband of Cirilla, she truly can be empress of Nilfgaard in one of the endings of Witcher3 as well as the book canon of Sapkowski.

Personally I always considered the games as an extension of the books. Just a way to provide more story to a great series so I consider the stuff in the games canon.

Actually, there is no flaw to Ciri becoming Empress...however the Nilfgaardians are very very proper...any woman on the throne would pretty much be required to have a husband. Due to Morvan's royal lineage, he would make a proper consort, all the more so because he is a first class soldier and a good political mind. Any marriage might be one of "convenience" only, but queens (Elizabeth I being the exception) traditionally had husbands if only so no one would be inferring they were playing games with the guards. (A lot of them did, in spite of the figurehead husband...Catherine the Great being a good example.) Very Germanic in this regard. Nilfs...No sleeping with their sisters (Yes, Foltest, we remember...what does canon say actually happened to Adda?)

Well, based on comments it seems I'm the only one who dislikes him. He was one of the reasons why I was glad Ciri didn't end up in castle. And first minute he meets Geralt, he threatens him with a razor. Nah thanks. End justify means ain't my favorite motto.

You missed the fact that ciri becomes empress and he becomes emperor. He will talk to you about a set marriage in the beginning.
Ciri being empress doesn't contradicts Voorhis being emperor. There's a scene or a book in the game that states that he will marry Ciri if she accepts Emhyrs offer.
But then he wouldn't be emperor, there is also the fact that females can't rule nilfguard

This petulant idiot, even admits to Geralt, that he already has plans with Emhyr to force Ciri to marry him, for which he would become in one way or another, the new Emperor of Nilfgaard, possibly.., this is because Geralt, due to the player's decisions, breaks the code of the Witchers' neutrality, about never getting into political problems, if they have an option about it.
-If I remember well, the part where that forced marriage was to be shown, was CUT from the final version of the game, for some unknown reason.

Personally I always considered the games as an extension of the books. Just a way to provide more story to a great series so I consider the stuff in the games canon.

Actually, there is no flaw to Ciri becoming Empress...however the Nilfgaardians are very very proper...any woman on the throne would pretty much be required to have a husband. Due to Morvan's royal lineage, he would make a proper consort, all the more so because he is a first class soldier and a good political mind. Any marriage might be one of "convenience" only, but queens (Elizabeth I being the exception) traditionally had husbands if only so no one would be inferring they were playing games with the guards. (A lot of them did, in spite of the figurehead husband...Catherine the Great being a good example.) Very Germanic in this regard. Nilfs...No sleeping with their sisters (Yes, Foltest, we remember...what does canon say actually happened to Adda?)

Lol, the way the author was with CDPR nah m8, the games are canon where they overlap for me, any other series and the books are first but cdpr seem to care more about the witcher world than the author and he was just a prick because *he* made a mistake not realizing the impact gaming has/had
Edit: Also sure I'm in the minority but the show is just garbage, they made it feel like a cheap knockoff, butchered the "one evil or another" line and failed heavily in casting, other than Henry Cavil none of them are good lol, and i feel so bad for him, put so much into it just for the writer to push her SJW agenda.
