    Great video and thank you for taking the time to put it together. I would love to see a follow up to this explaining in more detail what some of the T&S parameters mean and how they apply in the real world when we are trying to select drivers for our own unique builds.
    I’ve seen your videos where you touch on Qts and a few other parameters relating to IB setups, but one video explaining all the T&S parameters that you feel would be important to driver selection would be so helpful.

    I think that maybe you need to do another video explaining the relevance of some of these measurements. People may not understand the sensitivity and, in my experience, often don’t understand that the difference between 80, 90 and 100dB sensitivity is gigantic and how it impacts on amplifier wattage. Similar for impedance. You touch on the -3dB and -6dB point when you mention quoted low frequency output but I think it needs more explanation. As you say, manufacturers will often quite a driver goes to 30Hz (or lower) but it is very common for this to be -3, or -6dB and I have seen -9!

    I think magnet weight was left over from the 80's and 90's when heavier magnets were supposed to be a sign of subs that were "more powerful". It was easier for people to understand than something technical like BL.
    Poor Neo magnet owners out there and their wimpy speakers.

    2.83V/1m or 1W/1m is also can describe as the loudest dB at 1meter distance.

    Ok. Great video man. Lots of information. But I have a question for you buddy. What are the most important specs to look for in a speaker. And what is a good speaker sensitivity.

      There is no one spec to look at, it's a combination of things depending on use case. Ideally you would want as high sensitivity as possible.

    I have stopped buying drivers with incomplete data sheets because it often means they are just not good. If Xmax is not specified and the SPL/watt is really high, you are looking at a driver with zero Xmax. Don't buy it. I want to know the distortion vs. frequency and the actual Xmax with units (p2p or 02p) . The most important parameter for a driver is the displacement (Xmax * S) as this determines how loud it can play the lowest notes and the distortion. Unfortunately I have to buy, test and return many drivers as they rarely have this information and the vendors just don't care. Nice video.
