Bullard's Bar is my favorite lake within an hours drive of my house. I'll probably be out there next weekend. So it's nice to see you hook'n them. Couple of summers ago, my son and I were trolling for Kokanee before starting our bass fishing. He had a line at about 70 feet deep and pulled up an 8 inch spotty that was entirely pink. I mean the entire fish was pink. I had never seen anything like it...before or since. That is until you caught that first one with a pink top half. First time watching your videos and I enjoyed it! Thanks and tight lines in 2025!
Thanks for watching, and I'm glad you enjoyed the content. It's possible the fish I caught came up from the depths, and that's why it had that pink color. It was definitely interesting, and I had never seen anything like that before. If you ever see me out there, say hi.
@@jamesrobertsonfishing I definitely will. I cruise around in a 14 foot Spectrum, with some wood gear storage lockers on the bask. So please shout out if you see me as well.
First time going there on NYE. Launched off Dark Day. I’m with you, I have to go back. It was good fishing for sure. Jackhammer on purple trailer, compact jig, weighted fluke got the job done.
Nicely done! Got on some quality fish. I want to give that place a try. I always hear good things. New SUBSCRIBER! 😎
Thanks for watching and the sub. It's a beautiful lake, if don't you don't catch anything at least you can enjoy the view.

@JoKenFujitsu trying launching at the dam sometime. That part of the lake is completely different from the dark day side. More rock and steeper walls.
I have to get more comfortable throw the ole c-rig. New video!
I can do that and give everyone the juice. Damon taught me, so if Damon does it, so well I...lol
Nice video great lake just don't eat the Black bass.
Thanks for watching. I haven't eaten any, but is there something in the water that would be bad for you?
@@jamesrobertsonfishing High levels of Mercury from gold miners hydraulic mining in the late 1800 hundreds.
That makes sense. I tell you what, I'd eat them out of here before I ate anything out of Clearlake...lol
@@jamesrobertsonfishing Ha....As much as I love fishing Clear Lake....I don't even like touching those fish, much less eating one of them.
@davegwiazdon8450 Honesty, I don't even like putting my feet in it. Every time I see people swimming or tubing in that water I'm thinking thier nuts.
