Oh look! I got a mention! ❤ Well, the reason I'm using my ML 1X Standard quite often is because I found it's neck profile to be quite comfortable and it also has the width at the 12th fret just ever so slightly narrower than the ML 1 Pro X. These are just some little things that I found to be quite accomodating to me as a player 🙂 That being said, the Seymour Duncans on the Pro sound great! The ones on the Standard are surprisingly good - I much prefer them to the previous ML1 Standard models from a couple of years ago. Fun Fact - If I'm not mistaken, the ML 1 Pro X is the only non-UK guitar with an actual top (not a cap) and a stunning bird's eye maple neck. So this makes it the closest build to a UK-Spec'd guitar without the made in UK price tag. However, the first batch of UKGB models are really high-end instruments and with the recent price drop (although still a hefty price), they might just get more interest 🙂
I have met Rob, and I know what you mean seeing some of the controversy online. However he's actually a really nice guy, very approachable and willing to talk and have a laugh. Business and how it's done is always subjective, I would not miss out on a guitar because of any negative videos. Most guitar manufacturers have to make decisions which suck and piss us off at times.
Good thing you don't know about the other guitar brands CEOs life then, because that's pretty mild eventhough he handled things terribly. Ignorance is bliss I guess.
Thanks for the demo Mark, glad you like it.

I hate those reverse necks, and that no 8 thingy
you seem like a fun person
@@WinterHawthorne what is a reverse neck?
oh like the headstock?
Oh and like the logo of the company? 😂
Sorry but as nice as the guitar is: Chapper's just grinds my gears. I want nothing to do with him or his guitars as long he is with the company.
