I have the 16mm and it's a great lens. Sirui fixed the issues I had with the other lenses. On my 24mm and 55mm, the aperture ring was too soft and it was too easy to change the aperture. The 16mm is sharp wide open, it was not the case of the 24mm and the 55mm. The 24mm is too warm, no problem with the 16mm, it has the same color as the 55mm.
great video as always bro! These look like great cine lenses for mft. If someone was looking for a hybrid option that also offers fast apertures I HIGHLY recommend the Olympus pro series lenses. They are f1.2. Have a manual focus clutch and match as a set. I own the 17, 25, 45 pro 1.2 kit and they are great. I am happy to see mft get so much attention and although on most of my paid gigs i reach for the s1h first, mft has become a very great option for me as well.
Hey Anson, I am in a situation where I have to choose between this GH7 and your setup and the other one your S5iix rig setup. I don't know what to do...
Most of them are social gathering events, documentaries and currently I am trying to do business presentation for small local businesses. Thanks a lot man.
What do you all think of the new sirui focal lengths?
I love it !
@@kenslyder yes!!
Cool, finally someone that shows what the GH7 can do in low light. Thanks
I’m not gonna lie, it’s not great but it’s not terrible. If that helps haha
@@Ansonandco Maybe this will be explained in more detail in another video ;-)
Awesome to see they are building up the lineup! Really excited about the 16mm, great video Anson.
Thanks! Yeah they are definitely making waves with this line up

I do remember the 24 being really warm. I wish I still had the original set so I can compare

The silver looks so cool! Great video love your colours!
Thanks dude! I do like the finish of the lens as well.
Hey yet another great video man. I would love to know more about the 75mm and how it holds up in back lit situations
Yeah I may try it out but for Leica L mount
what filter did you use for the cinematic look?
@@davidvictory9764 I only ever used an ND filter. If you’re talking about the bike shots, I hazed my garage. No filters
Hello, do the sigma I series lenses auto focus very well on Lumix cameras? Like the sigma f2 50mm
Not on micro four thirds but L mount absolutely!
@@Ansonandco could you do a comparison video between the first party lenses and sigma lenses?
@@enjoygary if I can get my hands on the 50mm f2 I series again, I have a 50mm f1.8 from lumix. If so, I’m sure I can make that happen
ahh your shots are so good!
Thanks dude!
Good job, son. I love you- mom
Thanks! Love you
Great value for money lenses
They truly are!
Hey Anson, I am in a situation where I have to choose between this GH7 and your setup and the other one your S5iix rig setup. I don't know what to do...
What are you primarily shooting?
Most of them are social gathering events, documentaries and currently I am trying to do business presentation for small local businesses. Thanks a lot man.
1:22 OMG i have the same owl at my place all the way in Australia!!!
lol that’s awesome! The restaurant uses it to scare away birds
Did you use any diffusion filters for the test shots?
Yeah most of them had either a black or white pro mist
I want to buy a Nikon D80, but I don't know what lenses is good for it.
I’m not entirely sure either. Have you visited a camera store and asked?
@@Ansonandco not yet, I'm just beginning to get into photography
How much is the D80 going for these days? You sure you can't get a used mirrorless camera for that price?
The Sea Ray Night Walker Cinema lenses lol
I have heard like 10 different pronunciations from sirui staff… its a mystery
It's pronounced 'sue-ray"
But that's not as important as the overall quality of information in this review! I'm gonna see about renting these...
