Hello there! I hope you enjoy my reaction to John Wick! If you'd like to know what movies will be featured on my channel, here is my reaction schedule for the upcoming weeks:
July 21st Ant Man
July 28th How To Train Your Dragon 3
August 4th Captain America: Civil War
August 11th Kung Fu Panda 3
August 18th Doctor Strange
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend ❤
Damn. Im at the 3 mins mark of the video. i see you are already emotionally attached to the puppy. this is gonna be a good one. i can tell.
Jax, ... you are adorably beautiful 😍 😉 ❤️...
Looking forward to August 4th🥶
Thanks for your reaction schedule
I will love to see your reaction 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
If you want a hilarious and emotional journey, I would highly recommend adding Ted Lasso to your reaction list in the future 😊
Willem Dafoe, this time is Willem Dafriend
He's also some kind of assassin himself.
Jesus Christ...
😂 good one
Do you know how much he sacrifice?
@@jkob8245aaaannnnd?... He was there for good ol' Johnny boy and that's all we need to know 😂🤣🤪
At the dog shelter/kennel at the end, the clipboard for the dog he took was in focus for just barely long enough to see that the dog didn't belong to anyone, but was actually scheduled to be euthanized. So, he didn't steal someone else's dog. And, on a lighter tone, despite all the rest of the killing in the movie, John's last act of the film was to save a life.
And that dog at the end is Keanu's IRL
technically his last act in the movie was walking
@@danieloconnor1005 no its not I just read that he did an AMA where he admitted he owns no pets.
And.......the dog he rescued at the end was his dog in real life.
I didn't see what the paperwork said! Thanks for clarifying it. I assumed that was the case, but wasn't sure. That's such a great ending for this movie ❤
Jax's heart is too pure for this movie.
I think Daisy crawled over to John. It makes it that much sadder and impactful how unconditionally she loved John and what she meant to him.
That was my thought as well.
My heart broke again when I realized the puppy dragged herself over...
Yeah this is 100% what that scene is meant to entail...they didn't drag the dogs body over (though that would be weirdly ruthless)
I've always thought daisy crawled to John bleeding with the last of her energy, too. I was so impressed when I first saw this with how well they created this story cutting it down to bare minimum, and the subtleties like John waking to find Daisy beside him and a trail of blood.
Gosh, I hadn't realized that. That is so much sadder but also explains the blood trail. ❤️
One thing you may have missed, Marcus asks Viggo if the contract on John Wick is open...
He wants to know if other assassins will be after him, undoubtedly to save his life. Which is why he takes the contract.
I completely missed that! Thanks for pointing that out. This movie deserves a re-watch.
@@reactswithjax Yeah because if the contract was exclusive then Marcus couldn't save John
@@reactswithjax you caught on to the bad father angle which is legit the only thing that bugs me. Viggo blamed everyone else for his son's death when it fell solely on him for not telling his son of John Wick. IF THE COPS KNEW ABOUT JOHN WICK THEN YOUR SON NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT JOHN WICK, TOO!
@@sersastark Viggo was an awful father on pretty much every level. Not knowing who John Wick was wouldn't've mattered if Viggo hadn't raised Iosef to think he was entitled to assault a random stranger, kill his dog, and steal his car. Then when Iosef crosses the wrong guy, Viggo punishes him by beating, humiliating, and belittling him, even insisting that the guy who doesn't even speak Russian stick around to watch it happen.
@@sersastark not to mention John has only been out for 5 years, Iosef had no reason to NOT know him, at least by reputation.
Hell, it's implied originally that John's retiring 5 years ago may have had something to do with the Continental's facelift, "a little over 4 years ago".
I love the fact that the most gentle, innocent people can watch this movie (not knowing what they are getting into) and by the time John arrives at Aurellio's garage, the cry for blood and vengeance is all consuming.
Loved this reaction!
Keanu did most of the stunt work in the film. In an interview he said that he did everything right up to "something big" (like getting hit by the car). Then the stunt men would take over. Also, his weapons trainer said that Keanu practiced changing magazines in his pistols so much that he was faster than most professional shooters.
I've seen some videos of Keneau during a shooting competition (not staged). The man's a beast.
Military veterans watching Keanu's training videos have commented that he's doing elite military level gun drills, and has gotten good enough for actual competitions.
One thing i have heard more than once is that stuntwise he doesn’t do stairs or cars.
That's incredible! All of his training paid off because this movie had incredible fight scenes.
Dude is pretty much as impressive as John Wick with guns. The best part about being there when these movies were coming out was seeing the training videos blow up on the internet before them.
He did all his own driving too, including jumps and drifts, everything except actual stunts like some stuff that comes in the later movies. And even then, no spoilers, but in the last movies there are a few notable stunts where it _is_ actually him. Not the big ones you're thinking of, but the shots where he has to do a stunt and then keep fighting. He got better as he went from his early 50's to his late ones.
The director said that the popular 77 kill count was actually low, as the people who counted dismissed those he killed by car and explosion. He said it's more in the 80's-90's.
And even then, this is the movie with the _lowest_ kill count in the series. Both by John and overall.
Wow, he killed way more people than I thought!
I think the final count is 83, with a series total of 422
This one’s the second lowest, with 3 at the lowest (81), and I don’t remember the exact number for 2 and 4 but they were both well over 100
Jax exudes smiling joy more than anyone else.
"You can always use your kindness and a gun" inspiring words to live by 😂
Haha! Words of wisdom ❤️
"Speak softly and carry a big stick, and you will go far." - Teddy Roosevelt
You can get a lot more with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone. And I forget what movie that comes from and it's driving me nuts.
@@ronweber1402 I think that's an Al Capone quote.
@@benn454 Bugs Bunny agreed.
Vigo was laughing during the final chase because he knew there was nothing left to possibly stop John. So he found it hilarious his henchman was trying to find a gun.
That, and he was completely stoned.
I viewed it as largely hysterical laughter because he knew he was about to die.
No, he didn't drag the dog. Daisy crawled over to be closer to John as she died. Heartbreaking.
But at the end, the dog John took was set to be put down. So, he saved it's life.
Your opinion..
@@dennisswainston411 how is this an opinion?
The dog he got at the end was set to be put down. So that was a really good ending. But yeah, Daisy was picked up and placed next to John.
@@dennisswainston411 Its not an opinion at all. Even if dragging the dog would have served a purpose, it wouldnt actually have happened, it was small, you dont drag small things, you pick them up.
@@BasketCase-rr7tx Could've kicked it along the ground towards him. Either way, given the film either interpretation can be correct. Either they use it as a way to make the bad guys seem a little more cruel, or they use it as an opportunity to convey heartbreak through the dog dragging itself
Most of the people John killed are not actors, they're stuntmen. It should be noted, that Keanu bought a custom Harley for each person on the stunt team for this movie. What a guy.😊
The word "Oh" has never said so much in the history of film history.
Great observation. That’s exactly what this movie was all about. You know, you should write screenplays (like me, “Masters of the Air”, or be a movie a critic. I’m sure you’ll succeed at either one you chose. 🙄. 😑. 🤫. 🤐.
Probably one of my favorite lines is the "John will come for you, and you will do nothing, because you can do nothing." Really shows how absolutely hopeless it is to go up against him, lol.
I love how peaceful you are, but that just goes right out the window the second they kill the puppy. It's pretty much the universal glue that holds us all together, lol. One of us!
That was a great line of dialog! They did such a great job explaining how dangerous John is. I love that everyone is automatically team Daisy. ❤️
Careful, I think this guy was programmed with the 3 basic laws lol.
Some fun facts, if already said, you can disregard:
-Johns preferred drink is Blantons reserve bourbon
-The movie is dealing with grief, hence the muted and grey overtones
-the lighting is part of the story “blue is safe, red is danger”
-the hotel is a sanctuary for assassins, hence the harsh penalty for “breaking the rules”
-the guards in the red circle vip room are wearing red shirts
-the doctor is played by the same actor as the key maker in the matrix movies
-the gold coins denote notoriety/status over monetary value, so if a lesser assassin uses the same coins they will need more due to lower status
-the dog at the end is Keanus real life dog
-I believe John is the only one that refers to every continental manager by first name
I think the coins represent a single service or favor, so 12 bodies = 12 coins, two nights = two coins, 1 drink = 1 coin, that sorta thing
i've never decided if they put the dog in front of him or if the dog dragged itself to him before dying. i feel like its the latter because a person would pick up a tiny dog and not leave drag marks. i think the filmmaker was trying to show that the dog loved him until the very end.
"He was the one you sent to kill the f
Agreed!!
“I’m okay with you killing her” That was funny and priceless 😅
RIP Charon, the Concierge man at the Continental. Lance Riddick passed just this last March 17th.
And the manager of Toys R Me.
and titan commander in Destiny
Fun fact, when John is tied up in the warehouse, his speech, or at least a majority of it was improvised along with the crazy facial expressions. When Viggo looks around you can kinda tell he wasn’t expecting it😂. Keanu is an incredible actor and person.
If you watch the ending where he gets the dog and if you read the tag on the cage he took the dog, your gonna read that that dog was on the put the down list so John ends up saving that dogs life.
John Wick is absolutely amazing, but as of recent times, I have to share in the love for the concierge himself. Rest in peace Lance Reddick. ❤
Fantastic reaction as always Jax, hope you watch the rest!
@JohnstoneWilliam White House Down, but he did more TV based stuff so I knew him previously from The Wire, and most recognisably as Zavala from the Destiny games.
The bouncer at the red circle when John asked him if he lost weight; answered "Over 60 kilograms." was actually telling John how many people were in there and that information (code) is why John gave him the night off. The bouncer name is Francis and is played by wrestler Kevin Nash.
I like how the kid was talking so tough with his father, but in the Red Circle he's literally running for his life
Jax getting amped when she calls John burning the contents of the "church" was great ;D Jax getting amped at so many points in this moving was hilarious and adorable. She really got into it!
What I love about this movie is how John is introduced. Vigo calling Aurelio and then answer with Oh. Great reaction. Thanks for sharing your first time experience with us.
If you look closely at the end when john takes the doggo, shes already scheduled to be put down. So he saves it from death after a whole movie of taking lifes.
That's such a great ending. ❤️
Your reactions are AMAZING...Her laughs, her watery eyes, editing and sense of humour...Fridays are so great now....thank you Mademoiselle, thank you. Have a great week-end. And on top Lamby's joke at the end...the best
Madame... pretty sure she is married. 😉
12:30 There are certain people who usually clean crime sites and people who have been dead for long time in their house/apartment. It's not a job for fainthearted.
Been watching for a while, Jax - really enjoy the channel. When I saw you were watching John, I thought I had an idea about your reaction. Surprised me that you were so... giddy?😂 Nice one - can't wait for the rest of the series!
“You can always use your kindness- and a gun.” 😂😂😂
Waiting for Jax and Lamby to show up. As in the words of a former professor. " And here we go"
Edit. Just finished watching...Clap Clap bravo Jax! You did a 180 from being upset to angry and was like kill em all, never seen that side before. Humor and facial expressions were spot on. The dog John saves at the end was set to be put down, and the ending where he is walking with the dog is where his wife collasped. Love the Lamby joke at the end with math and John about a pencil ❤ Thank you for the reaction and entertainment, sending love as always.
Woohoo! I'm glad you enjoyed this. I love that he saves a dog in the end, since he couldn't save Daisy. That's such a sweet ending. I'm SO happy you enjoyed the Lamby joke at the end!!! ❤️
You have good attention to details, I've seen this movie many times and never picked up on his wife loving daises and now John naming the dog daisy has much more meaning!
When John got to his stack of coins, there were 24 stacks with what looked like 20 in each stack! His body count in this installment was 77! That dog cage had a sign on the front saying it was scheduled to be put down, so John saved it from that. 👱♀👱♀👗👗👠👠❤❤
The visual storytelling in this movie is top tier. They didn't need to add that nuance but it was so nice. John saves the dog, is such a hero move for such murder machine.
Also when John killed Iosef his body count was the same number as the year of the car
@@peps18170?😁
14:04 RIP Mr. Reddick, those who dont know he passed away sometime last year along with many other legend actors sadly.
Part of what makes John such a good character is that he never kills or even hurts anyone unnecessarily. Aside from hanging up on Vigo, he'd rather not take the violent route, despite how good he is at it.
So true! ❤️
When the bouncer at the Red Circle (Kevin Nash) said 60lbs he was referring to how many people were watching him.
I completely missed that! That's awesome!
@@reactswithjax not many people catch it, it the details in this series!
Dearest Jax, I ALREADY loved me some Fridays but you’ve given me another HUGE reason to look forward to them!
Woohoo! I'm so glad Friday has been made even better ❤️🥳🎉
You had me at: 'Yay! Death and murder!' 😂😂

Hahahaha! Glad you enjoyed my reaction!! ❤️
Nice reaction / review.
There is conjecture that John's wife was a veterinarian. She had a dog sent to him. He knew exactly where he could get meds and everything needed for his wounds. He watched the phone video of her right in front of the place he went to for the meds. He picked a dog that was scheduled to be put down. And as he walks away with the new dog he is walking the same route where his wife collapsed in the beginning.
You have an incredible rabbit hole opened before you now. Enjoy #2 and #3 soon. Each gets progressively better in a way. Number 4 is available now also.
You have a new subscriber.... with the bell!!
As we say here in Texas; Y'all be safe.
The only thing I found kind of odd is that Helen didn’t arrange to have some puppy chow delivered with Daisy. Maybe she just knew John so well that the idea was to have him get the provisions himself, immediately building even more of a caring bond.
You'll ADORE the set design on John Wick 2, I promise.
There's a hall of mirrors scene that gives even classics like "The Lady From Shanghai" and "Enter the Dragon" a serious run for their money.
These movies are just so cool. The training he went through really makes the movie (as in The Matrix). Your reaction was so perfect, love how you laughed and enjoyed the bad guys getting what they deserved.
Watching you do the math on what the “reservations” were, is maybe the cutest thing I’ve ever seen on UA-cam!😁
Viggo explaining to his son who John Wick is, may quite possibly be the coolest exposition in cinematic history!
You can't start this series and not finish. It's a felony in 132 countries.
Your reactions are so perfect, I love the balance of "What cleaning products does Charlie use... Fantastik?" with "That was the coolest death in the whole movie" Sold... Subscribed
"You dragged his dead dog to him?" Although they surely could have wanted to be that cruel, I don't think they value dogs enough to have considered it. No, I have always believed that the fatally injured dog crawled back to John before dying. That tugs on my heartstrings more anyway, imagining the injured pup seeking comfort, help, or simple connection from John and not getting it, or using its last strength to see if John was okay. ☹
I don't think I have commented on a video before on youtube in over what has to be like 20 years of watching videos or something but the lamby with the dad joke at the end was perfection. Great work haha
Great review. Always enjoy watching your reactions. I glad lamby is ok, thought you might squeeze him to death during this movie. Its a great movie and Keanu is a great actor. Fun fact the original script had Jon talking a lot more, but he (Keanu) thought Jon would be more menacing if he only spoke when absolutely necessary and the director agreed. It really works and when you think about it he is very silent for most of the movie. Also as you mentioned in your Intro he did a lot of physical training for this movie, to make all the actions seem fluid and believable. He did most of his own stunts that allowed them to do more wide and long shots of the action. The only stunt he did not do was the fall when we was thrown over the balcony.
Two FUN FACTS about the movie
First when he picks out the new dog to take home you see him walking in front of the cages looking at the paperwork. Its a very small detail the dog he chooses to take the paperwork said To Be Put Down. So he did not take someone else's dog he saved a dog's life.
The second fun fact is that the actor who played the thug who actually killed Jon's dog was actually very upset by it. He wanted to make sure that the dog had a good home and was taken care of after the movie so he actually adopted the actual dog in real life
Thanks so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed this. Haha, Lamby is doing just fine now that he's had some time to recover from John Wick. I loved that John didn't talk much. He said so much more without words. I'm also glad he saved a little dog at the end. I figured that was the case but I missed what the paperwork said. ❤️
There are several reasons why the action sequences are so notably outstanding.
1) The director came from a background as a stunt coordinator, so he shoots the scenes in a way to highlight the stunt performers.
2) Camera work: Unlike many other action films, like the "Bourne" series, there is no "shaky cam", rapid jump cuts, or close-ups. The camera is steady even when mobile, and often a wider shot to take in a large portion of the room, showing the actions of other people, not just the primaries. The shots are longer, showing a whole series of movements/actions, not just punch-cut-kick-cut-punch-cut-etc. Rapid jump cuts like this are often used when the actors or stunt performers can't do a whole sequence. So many rapid jump cuts and/or shaky-cam is a sign of covering up for poor stunt work, not just in fights or shooting, but also chases, both on foot and in vehicles.
3) Sound Design: There is background "action mood music" during the fight or chase, but it cuts off abruptly when the last opponent is dispatched. This is especially noticable in the scene at his house, where it happens several times. the fight is broken into a series of smaller fights each against 3-4 opponents, and when the last of each sub-group is shot (or stabbed), the music cuts off, then starts again when he engages the first of the next sub-group.
4) Skill & training: In real life, Keanu Reeves practices 3-Gun, coached by Taran Butler of Taran Tactical. So his proper grip, use of sights, rapid magazine changes, transitions from one target to another, and transitions from rifle to pistol to shotgun and back are not just for this movie, but because he does it regularly with all 3 types of weapons. He holds each type of firearm properly, no shooting a rifle from the waist with the stock tucked under his arm, no teacupping a pistol, or holding a pistol sideways "ghetto-style". He is good enough that he could do well in competitions if he chose to enter (lots of videos on YT of his practicing ). Further, on his own, he studies Brazilian Jiujitsu under the Grand Master ranked Machado brothers (who are well known in the BJJ and MMA community).
I really enjoyed your reaction to this movie. You mentioned how much you liked the character Aurelio, played by John Leguizamo. There's another terrific movie where he was a supporting actor, called "The Menu." This is an amazing movie, starring Ralph Fiennes and Anya Taylor-Joy. It's about a young couple travels an exclusive restaurant on an island, where the chef has prepared a very special dinner for his guests.
You have the most wholesome and entertaining reactions I have ever seen. Usually I skip to my favourite parts within a movie to see the person's reaction, but here I totally enjoy the entire video. I hope you and you're family are having an AMAZING day and that someone brings as much joy into your life as you bring into ours.
Sidenote: The concierge at the hotel is played by Lance Reddick, who sadly passed away in April this year. He was also a very beloved voice actor within the video gaming community, especially within Destiny 2 and is truly missed. I didn't want to kill the vibe, just give credit to him.
Great reaction as always.
If you look into Mr. Keanu Reeves past, you'll see little tidbits of that thrown into JW here, obviously more extreme here.
I had the honor of being a background extra in one if his movies called Feeling Minnesota. He became my favorite actor after witnessing how decent of a human being he was on set. Always helping crew, talking with the extras, and just treating everyone so well and with so much respect. To many other things to go into here, but look into it and you will find how incredible of human he is.
Anyway, looking forward to the reactions for JW 2-4 😊
Not to mention how heartbreaking his life has been.
Lol, literally every film has ending credits but I know what you meant, additional scenes ❤😊
R.I.P. American actor Lance Solomon Reddick (Mr. Charon, concierge at the Continental Hotel).
Me: This person seems very sweet.
Jax a few minutes into the movie: Yay, murder and violence! 😂
And she was wondering what ingredients you would need to clean up blood stains etc..great reaction to this movie and yes I think Jax is a sweetheart.
She is a sweetheart
I first found your channel with Kung Fu Panda, one of my favorite movies. Now John Wick, probably my favorite movie. The fact that you are so wholesome and sweet but seem to have a bit of a dark side just makes you, and your reactions, so much more fun! Keep it up darlin. You are just so delightful!!!
I'm glad you enjoyed this so much, your reaction was great. It really is an incredible movie and it never gets old. Hope you enjoy JW2
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I'm looking forward to the second one!
Great reaction and commentary Jax. Now I need to start working my way through more of your reactions. Very much looking forward to it. Again Jax, no spoilers from me. However, they called these movies chapters for a reason. It runs like a mini-series in that each one picks up where the last one ended. There are a lot of things said in "code". Such as the dinner reservations etc. When John was talking to the doorman at the Red Circle and asked him how much weight he lost, he was asking how many men were there providing security for Viggo's kid. I believe he said 65. Also the end scene was a pound not a boarding kennel. There was a card on that dogs cage that said the dog was to be put down, so John rescued him. Oh, and the dog John took is actually Keanu's dog in real life. The next 2 are amazing as well. I will just say some really cool guest stars to come and fight scenes that are CRAZY. Strap in and enjoy the ride. ; ))
So many great scenes in this one, and obviously the fight choreography is amazing, but the “killed that from me” cry of rage will always be my favorite scene.
The rest of the movies are entertaining, but for me they don’t have the same emotional core, and the series is getting repetitive to the point where I haven’t bothered to see the 4th movie.
The 4th movie has its moments, but its self-indulgent. Lets just say, I was fine with the Arc D'Triomphe and the Dragon's Breath scenes, but the stairs, my goodness, why the endless stairs? Twice to three times.
Yes! The fight choreography was very impressive. The dialogue was selective, but what was said was so impactful.
Great job. You make some of the funniest comments here I've heard in a while. I also love it when you are into the violence or when you try to be a little mean. The big sweetheart in you is always there and the contrast is awesome.
Please watch the rest of the series. It's totally worth it & Chapter 4 has a post credit scene 👌.
Don't tell all. Just watch the series. Don't mention yet later stuffs.
I will definitely be watching the rest of this series!
Wow! I love watching this reaction, your eyes tell the whole story! I really enjoy watching movies with you, the way your eyes light up and that amazing smile, you can cheer anyone up. Thank you for doing this channel!
You’re creepy, dude.
I've watched many thousand movies, and nearly 90% of all movies of all genre from the 90s to today. I've never watched a movie that built up its main character so perfectly and so epicly for such a long length. Usually movies will build the reputation of its main character in less than 5 minutes, it goes from a no body or a rather normal dude to a bad ass and sometime to a god-mode bad ass. For John Wick movies, not only we build the dark and menacing reputation of John, but they do it for a long period, starting from Aurelio who goes against the spoilt son of his boss, which up to this point he probably never even talk back to Vigo's son and s**k his d**k whenever asked, as we can attest with Vigo's son reaction clearly indicating that Aurelio NEVER acted like that toward him before. Than we have the fact that Aurelio closed his shop and STAYED, waiting for a "no body" serving him wine. Then we have the discussion with Vigo with the most bad ass scene ever with his "Oh...". And many more scenes following, and every time it keeps building the reputation of John when you think we already reach the ultimate badassery. The cherry on the top, concluding this built up is when even the establishment shows reverence to him, with Jimmy, the cop, showing at his door, being super respectfully and not too intrusive... while clearly seeing bodies all over the place. That cemented John's reputation as the most bad ass character in cinema history still to this day. The following movies are good, but far from being as good as the first and I hope with all my heart that this movie will be a study case for futur upcoming filmmakers. There is so much to learn from the first movie.
Oh, god I'm old. "There's a doctor at the hotel". In big cities/hotels there was often a doctor on call in case the guests needed one. Certainly not carrying the gear to stich up stab wounds, but still, an on call doctor.
Looking forward to seeing your reactions to Chapters 2, 3, and especially 4. There's a fight scene in 4 that is nothing short of a cinematic masterpiece. The production team of the John Wick series was started by stuntmen, director Chad Stahelsky was Keanu's stunt double in The Matrix. The goon that threw Wick over the railing and got strangled later played one of the Agents in The Matrix Reloaded. The Doctor was The Keymaker in The Matrix Reloaded. And when you watch 2 and 3, you will catch more Matrix crossovers.
A little more trivia, Chad Stahelski was also the body double for Brandon Lee after his death, for the last few unfinished scenes of The Crow.
You have the best laugh on the internet! I love it. I also love your bloodthirsty nature when it's wholly justified. Keep being the genuine lovely person you are and I can't wait for the next ones.
All 4 movies in this series are incredible. John Wick 4 is arguably the greatest action movie ever made.
disagree, a lot, but no spoilers
The interaction between John and Jimmy is the most hilarious part of the movie, really subverts your expectation. Jimmy is in the know about the whole assassin world and reacts accordingly to the noise complaint 😅😅
I really love how Winston ("Management"), while vehemently opposed to BREAKING of the rules, isn't above occasionally "bending" the rules. (at least, under the right circumstances)
So I've been watching a lot of John Wick movie reactions and yours is one of my favorites! so many things you said I found so funny. This was a great video!
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed this! ❤️
A good cleaning liquid .Equal parts dish soap / vinegar. Added to water. You can add peroxide for organic stains.
I’ve seen quite a few reactions to these John Wick movies, but your reaction is probably one of, if not, the best I’ve seen. I really wanna watch your reaction to the other movies now.
Your reactions are the best! And I've seen my share of reaction channels. It's your expressions, commentary and that megawatt smile 😁
The animal shelter/vet office is where John's wife worked, that is how she arranged the first dog. As John and the new dog walk away they pass the spot where his wife collapsed. You can know this because in the phone scenes she is wearing scrubs, and after the fight with Viggo he drove there knowing there would be medical supplies.
@Reacts With Jax this is why i love u so much ur videos are epic keep up the good work :)
I have loved these movies since they came out but I LOVE your reaction. You were honest and went with the story and did get all PC about everything. If someone kills your dog ANYTHING you do after that is TOTALLY and COMPLETELY legit. :)
ok, so i'm like a year late to this party but i just wanted to say that your dad is a legend for giving you the driving lessons that he did. that's what good dads do!🙂
I've watched a lot of reaction videos from different people. You are by far the prettiest one I think I've ever seen. Great reaction.
I'm so glad you reacted to this movie. I watched this every day for weeks when it came out. I wasn't sure how you would react to certain scenes, but you and Lamby held up like champs! Can't wait for your reaction to chapter 2. Hope you're doing well.
On the theme of coming full circle, the waterfront that John is walking down with his new dog at the end is the same place his wife first collapsed in the flashbacks.
I've personally used superglue a few times. It bonds skin instantly. Problem is you have to clean the wound first with peroxide then rubbing alcohol. Hurts but your patched up
Danke!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 🥳🎉❤️ I really appreciate your support, and I am grateful you liked this reaction so much! ❤️
At 12:45 . . . . The get away driver wants to learn how to clean up a crime scene !! 🤣😂😅😆
Edit : No toy lambs were harmed in the watching of this movie .
Just came across your page and I love your reactions! These are so much fun to watch 😁. And btw, you are GORGEOUS 😉
I love that you count the bullets!!! I love you. Thank you.
The "Oh." from Viggo is worth an Academy award all on its own.
12:34 there are people like this out there. They clean up police crime scenes and locations where someone died and wasn’t found after awhile. 34:54 this one was scheduled to be put down. So essentially he’s getting a second chance at a normal life and he’s giving the dog a second chance. 35:42 Aurelio, Winston & the Concierge are a few of my favorite supporting characters in this series. There’s a couple more that come in the later series.
Oh how I loved watching your sweet soul turn dark. You knew this movie was filled with death, but you didn't know you'd be cheering for it. Thank you for a perfect reaction to this great movie.
the conversation between Aurelio (John Leguizamo) and Vigo makes this movie a classic
20:55 OMG that was sooo cute. John Leguizamo was the car guy.
17:17 First reactor (reactress, reacting one...? Whats the right word?) i found who pointed THAT detail out xD
20:06 Aaaand first time i heard this.
Rly fell in love with the commentary
John enjoys Blanton's bourbon by the way on the rocks
Initially i thought that your smile and you laugh was so so bright... But as you showed interest in how to clean a home after a kill, my spine just shivered and told me to reconsider my life choices 😅😅
Just found you recently. But you're quickly becoming one of my fav reactors. Very well done and highly entertaining
Thank you so much!! ❤️
Jax, you saw the dance in the Gun kata so quickly from the steps to the shots. I'm so impressed. Subbed
Honestly The Best Reaction video👍🏻 I really love your reactions and tjat smile too😊💕 Always keep that Happy Smile❤
P.S : Liked the way you asked for cleaning 'Do they get regular fantastic'😂 & You raised your cup while they having drink🥃
A lot of people think that this all started because of the car... it was way more about the fact that John refused to give up the car. Once John said "No" it became an issue of pride and ego... which can be a much greater motivator than base desire for an object.
The dog. Oh no he didn't! The car was later in part 2. Cant wait for Jax to watch the franchise. The recent Part 4 is my favorite
John also called Iosef a "bitch" which is a very bad insult for a Russian. Iosef felt disrespected in front of his buddies and had to show that he was the one with power and could take anything he wanted and noone could deny him. It's why Viggo is so disappointed in him. Viggo understands what real power is and that you have to be careful in how you exercise it.
Hey Jax! I hope you're having a great day! As always, great reaction! Your reactions always surprise me as they always seem different from everyone else's I have seen. I totally didn't know you were going to start this series. I don't think I have seen anyone show as much joy watching this movie, which I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing lol.
A couple of things though: I think others already mentioned the dog crawling to him, but the reason he said he doesn't need the pain killers is because he was using bourbon to dull his pain. Also you mentioned how it was choreographed really well, the director used to be a stunt man/coordinator so he really knows how to frame action sequences. I think outside the main cast, most of those actors are all stuntmen so they all know how to die really well.
All the cast do a really good job in this series! I'm surprised you remembered Aurelio's name. I have seen this movie multiple times and I don't even know his name lol. I was also beginning to wonder if you would recognize ole Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen). There's a couple of Kung Fu Panda voices in this movie as well: the doctor (Randall Duk Kim) is Master Oogway and the the hotel owner Winston (Ian McShane) is Tai Lung. I'm also glad you mentioned the concierge who is played by the late Lance Reddick. He was one of my favorite characters and actors but he sadly passed last March. He played some great characters over the years including some of my favorite video games. He had such an iconic voice. If you haven't seen it, I recommend checking out the "Toys R Me with Lance Reddick" for it is HILARIOUS!
Anyways sorry for the long comment. Your reactions are great so keep them coming! They are always a joy to watch every week! I can't wait for your Ant Man reaction! Thank you and have a great weekend!
I've only seen one or 2 reactors pick up on that actually the streak on the floor is that the dog crawls over to John before it passes, and also that the dog at the end is labeled on it's cage as to be put down, striking parallels to the beaten down John.
34:46 - I think some of the dogs were set to be killed as nobody claimed them. The notice on the front of the cage indicates that.
