Ok, if any experts are reading this , please define what proper AI is - is it software algorithms that constantly update and adapt for a product from the net? or is it just a hardbaked piece of code that for instance in the case of this camera can recognise gestures and bodies and do what its been told with no chance of further improvement?
None of this stuff in webcams or anything of the sort is proper AI, they might update the tracking algorithms with firmware updates but this camera is not online all the time downloading updates on a regular basis.
Looks like a fairly competent webcam with some nice software. Could easily ditch that software and just use it as a basic webcam. Does the gimbal work natively without the included software?
Proper AI is actually really quite good, software that updates constantly with clever coding improvements, but this camera has a tracking system based around code to look for hand gestures and body parts. For them to make this AI in the true nature of AI it would need to be calling back all the time to the source to update routines.

Well thank the lord almighty a lot of this stuff was not tested on camera - its pretty obvious this camera is made for ‘certain streaming styles’ and it should sell well too. should give plenty of people a very happy ending
software looks good, the camera quality is a bit weak I was expecting more. quick question though is this really meant for indoors? who the hell needs tracking when in a chair talking to family and friends? Is there some hidden perverted reason for the lower body tracking? I feel very niave.....
I think its great, its letting you have both hands free while it tracks you. no need to stop anything mid way to move the camera. bravo- great company. faptastic !

Seems like a nice product all in all. Sadly it is another product that comes with the "AI - marketing" (i assume for price inflation as all the other companies do). I really like the product and it looks like it is made for more professional usage. So if i'm a professional at something that requires this product, i should be smart enough to see thru the "AI scheme" and feel insulted by the companies marketing. At this point in time it seems that those suits in marketing are the only once that don't know that nobody knowledgeable fall for their BS and some even start to avoid products advertised in that fashion. This product is a good product that i would surely buy - just like the other models that came out before "AI" reached the "useless suit squat". Keep making good products and don't fall for what everyone else falls for in terms of marketing.
Yes couldnt agree more, but the lower body tracking feature - if it was an outdoor camera or something relating to a sports event I would see the use for it, but why would you need a webcam able to track your lower body - im clearly not the target audience but is there some porn factor in this? are streamers moving around a lot with a focus on their lower body in a room >?

Well the body tracking seems ok, if slow, same with the hand movements - very slow, almost like it was running on an old Celeron, but the body tracking lower half stuff? why? whats that about?
Low light support is ok, its a bit noisy, no idea why they need a stacked sensor for this, its incredibly slow moving - even my grandad walking could lose it

Digital only zoom is really annoying. It's either crippling the output with a higher resolution CCD or just scaling up the image. Cant beat optics!
