It's really not that hard to do this, only thing you need is such a bike and straight road. Twist the throttle and shift gears, everyone can do that. But, not everyone can be Valentino Rossi.

everybody who is interested in motorcycles knows this bike. and there were many attempts from other drivers to reach 400 kmh. they didn´t get over 385 kmh. if you would follow kenan you would know that he talked a long time about the bike and explained a lot. that he got extra tires or that a kawasaki engineer travelled to turkey to program the bike to reach 400 kmh for example. the bike did get enough credits. and don´t think it´s easy to do 400 kmh on a bridge when you got only about 30 seconds to reach the speed because the risk of a tire blow is extremely high!

I really hope this bike will become a serious milestone and other bike factories like Suzuki, Honda, BMW, Ducati, MV Agusta, Yamaha will start to build similar or faster streetbikes without restricted gear ratios. I read that the 2017 Hayabusa will probably have 1400cc and that they are thinking about a turbocharger too.
The H2R is not a street bike, it is track only or in this case, a closed road. Why is it important to have 330 - 350 kph street bikes? 99+ % of the worlds roads are restricted to sub 130 kph on increasingly crowded roads.
That's very nice, but as they said, H2R is only a track bike. We need to get rid of the EU-cocksucking 200hp power limit, or at least get restricted standard bikes with small factory turbos/superchargers to make it legally tunable.

The japanese has maintain the top producers of high speed motor bike such as kawasaki, suzuki, Honda , and yamaha this people are blessed with wisdom and knowledge and their engine are very very reliable,, ,, I bought a kawasaki since 2 Feb 2010 up till now i have not touched the engine for any major repairs apart from routine servicing,, and I,m crazy speed lover,, thanks to the engineers and the entire team of kawasaki.

GPS is most accurate. All the electronic speedos I have seen are set to be 10 % hig reading, and wheelslip is almost certain unless the road surface is completely flat and giving good traction. Have a go, and compare the readings between the bike and the GPS.
Do you think I will ask if not? They should've make a split screen. The camera is mainly focus on the speedometer and driver instead of capturing the actual motorcycle on that bridge. Any way you need a choppa do do that. It seems you don't know what the aerial shot is.

I'm Australian motor racing enthusiast and I definitely know of Kenan Sufuoglu. I knew he won Super-sports championships but I lost track of how many. I also knew he is in his early 30's and is Turkish. Twin Tyre posted the video and it looks like he has an association with this speed attempt. Why wouldn't he know a lot about Kenan Sofuoglu?
It does matter although to a much lesser degree compared to circuit racing but, being a world champion on Super-sports (600 cc), he has a smaller size for better acceleration and is able to offer a lower aerodynamic profile for a higher top speed. He is also very adept at extracting the very best performance from the engine with precise gear changes, accurate maximum revs, excellent clutch control on launch and concentration. In drag racing (and this is just a long drag race), there is a big difference between expert racers and newbies.
That bike is for racing only, its not for street use at all, so i dont think that the speedometers on it are made "optimistic", thats the H2R, not the H2.

That bike is for racing only, its not for street use at all, so i dont think that the speedometers on it are made "optimistic", thats the H2R, not the H2.
Yes it's a racebike. Racebikes do not have speedometers. The H2R has one. That means its been manufactured by the "street bike" department and thus is just optimistic as the one on the H2.
