I don’t if you know this but at the end of seven days you looked younger like almost ten years younger. Thank you for making this. 😊

@@YingLinChee You think so? Wow! That's great to hear! I was also sick at the beginning of this experiment then was healing as the week went on so that might be a factor too 😅 I do really love my grounding mat, though! Thanks for watching 💛

Here's a Thought, Try getting a Grounding Rod from your local Hardware Store, Pound that into the ground, hook up a wire and run that in thru a window and hook that to the mat vs going thru the outlet. I wonder if the tingling is from any stray voltage on the natural line. House Electrical boxes normaly bond natural and ground together which i wonder if there could be voltage still on the ground line thru your house walls wiring. so if you go direct to a grounding rod in say the middle of your yard i feel like that's how you will get the TRUE Grounding vs going thru house. Hopefully this makes sense.

Also another thought/comment to your Cons, and don't take this the wrong way, However try grounding in the "Birthday Suit" obviously only if your comfy doing so. When siting in your chair sit your butt cheeks down on the grounding mat. You will still be grounded the same way and then you won't have to freeze your feet. Also when doing yoga since you said you like to cross your feet, If your butt cheeks are directly on the mat when your sitting and crossing you legs doing yoga there again you will be grounded. Not trying to be funny or anything but same thing when sleeping in bed with grounding sheets. best way to sleep and stay grounded is in the bday suit. I do it and i have felt a huge difference.

Thank you for sharing your advice! I'm sure using a grounding rod is very effective, but I find that using a grounding mat while indoors is just more realistic and more easy to do. I also try to ground outside as often as I can with my bare skin touching the ground, which I truly believe is the most effective method.
I think I maybe didn't properly explain the tingling feeling that I felt - what I felt did not feel bad. I feel energy a lot and I feel similar tingly feelings when I do any kind of natural energy healing like reiki or deep meditations, so I don't think the tingling I felt was related to electrical voltage.

@@W9BTM-WQNX906 That is great advice! I'm sure it is very effective (although not UA-cam video friendly😅) but I am definitely open to practicing grounding in that way. Thanks again for your advice and comments! I truly appreciate it :)

So if a ground is negative (-). And your positive (+). Your saying you have to be negative to be positive?
Is it normal for you lights to dim during grounding?

Hi Jim. From my understanding, the entire concept behind earthing aka grounding, is taking our own physical bodies and connecting to the earth to reconnect with its healing benefits. Our day-to-day living - toxins, exposure to radiation from tech devices, etc, cause our bodies to store excess electrons and grounding with the earth allows us to expel those extra electrons and that leads to positive benefits like reduced inflammation, decreased stress and more. I feel like it's really fascinating stuff. You can always check out www.groundingofficial.com to learn more.
I personally do not notice any issues with my lighting or devices while using my grounding mat because you are only using the grounding port in your outlet to plug the device into - it does not use electricity. I hope that helps!
Thank you for your comment :)

@@livingmy2.0 i have only known about grounding since around 2 weeks bc of a pic on yt with mr c.o . i get back aches with inflammation and worse more often in cold weather . also videos with dr l koniver who was in the grounding movie . someone commented to her about tingling and the dr said thats not good and yes it could be what they called dirty electricity . thought to let you know bc you experienced it too .
same with your channel it showed today only . i will buy a mat but there are so many to chose from size and price .
on yt someone rated g sheets and said the silver inside stopped working after 1 wash . maybe they were cheap but then again another ytuber bought a very expensive mat and it stopped working . with some things it does not seem to matter whether dearer or cheaper it can stop working .
last but not at all least. i enjoyed your video and specially your beautiful dog and when he put 1 paw onto the mat and then the other one was just so sweet copying you and looking at you so lovingly was magic . i had my volume on full but generally your voice was a bit quiet and sometimes more i hope you dont mind me mentioning it . i can relate to cold feet < circulation not so good > and i wear 2 pairs of socks and silver covered insoles in shoes / boots . it being cold here i am dreading to ground with bare feet but i shall get used to it and we are also on the ground level . i shall also put the mat on my lap and place my hand or both on it to cover my cold feet in between . i am going to sub now and look again for a mat . i also came across only recently about grounding and barefoot shoes and yt videos people grounding their own .

@@kunverjihirani276 Good morning! The point of my video was to share my personal experience and how using the mat made me feel while I was sick and healing from an illness. I'm sorry if you did not like my video, however, if you're looking for the data on grounding, there are many resources out there! This link from the company I purchased from references studies that have been done on the effects of grounding: groundingofficial.com/pages/how-it-works and if you watch the grounding documentary (it's linked in the description of my video) you can learn a lot about it too. Thank you for your comment and feedback on my video. I'm in no way a UA-cam video expert and I am still learning and growing. I will keep these things you mentioned here in mind when I'm creating future wellness product review videos 💛

There was a video of a lady who had the equipment to test her blood. It was interesting but I’m still on the fence.
