You guys are the bomb. Great product and great instruction video. The car looks amazing now. (Of course, it looked pretty good beforehand, too.) As a noobie, I thought 1-2 hours top. 7 hours later... Problems included: Thought I had to remove fog lights to remove bumper, LED lights didn't work, Halo lights didn't work, brights didn't work, not knowing how to unplug plugs/bulbs, putting side bulb back in was a bear, etc. etc. But it looks great!!! Well worth it!
EXCELLENT VIDEO. PROFESSIONAL ! I had a loose clip, passenger side, holding the upper light on a 2001 GT. I DID NOT need to remove the bumper. Just loosen and lower about 2 inches, then loosen 3rd bolt.

@ToonFanCarl Not too sure about that, generally its possible to do it without having to remove the entire bumper and light, but its harder to do so. if you can reach your hands behind the housing then it would be possible.
@angelv89 be sure to check on your wirings and how you connected them. not quite understanding how it keeps blowing your fuse, which it shouldnt unless you really did something wrong

No you would have to use the bulb size on the headlights you would like the HIDs to go in. so if you want to use HIDs for your stock headlights then get that size but if you want it for the headlights in the video those would be a different size.

@Onkelz91Best You will have to check with your local laws. Because the standard of DOT (department of transportation) in the US is different
@santoyo801 If you have the same brand which is TM headlights, then you should be able to change any of the light bulbs, there will be no problems, however, if they are sealed, please check with your seller for more info. Thank you.
Hi have had these lights for nearly 2 years no problems, used this video to intall Thanks. But how do you adjust the beams, my mechanic and I can't see any adjusters, any help would be appreciated.

Is it good to use hids on these after market lights? i installed leds but cant even see in the dark..
What is the driving light connector that I have to plug into the leds I can’t find anything about it online or at my local auto parts store everything else works besides the halos and led lights
@robbiebomber1 daytime running lights, they do also function as parking lights but run during the day..
You can find them at either Electronic Stores ( AutoZone, Pepboys, O'Rilley Autoparts) The size that would match the wires in your car around 16-18 GAUGE sound be fine.
The halos that will just depend on where you wire them to like head lights or side lights or with the LED's.
@DxBOY617 yes, they require extra wiring for the halo's and LED's

Hey it is 2018 and i know this video was made in 2010. Do the newer models of these come with 5500k or 6000k led chips and the halos? I really dont want to buy these if they have that blue tinted leds and halos.

@angelv89 did you also go through with how to wire your halos? both halo's and LED's act as your parking lights or they can also act as your DRL's. they dont have any association with your low beams unless you made some changes and wired them to do so.
@santoyo801 Make sure you get the correct light bulb application for the headlights. The application should be same as the projectors. Sorry, we do not sell HIDs, so we do not have a video out for installation. However, the way the HIDs are made now are pretty much plug and play.

just bought these head lights a look great only problem is that i cant figure out why the leds wont turn on it keeps blowing a fuze
@malikahsan1990 The 5 LEDs should have come on when all the loose wires are tapped. 90% of the lights should come with up to (6) wires, (3) black, (3) red, for halos and LEDs. As long there are no wires hanging around, then your tried them all. If you checked to see if you spliced them correctly; then it might be the headlights that are defective. I hoped this helped.
@robbiebomber1 Additional Wiring is Required for Halo's and LED, and those are to be wired along with your parking lights, you COULD however wire them to your low beams. did you purchase this product from us? maybe our customer service reps can help you with your issue.

Where do you connect the ground and power wires that are connected to the led little bulbs that go across headlight?
@Specdtuninginfo that other video is not showing it done on a Celica its like a honda accord or something. i just got these light and i was trying to install them my self and i used the mail-female and a quick connect to connect the halo part. but the Led has a whole different hook that u have to plug it in something. so how do i connect the 5 leds to the car so they turn on when the halo comes on.
@robbiebomber1 Do you have DRL's on your car? and did you follow instruction on wiring halo's and LED's? you probably wired those to your low beams.. your halo's and LEDs are to be wired as parking lights. hope this helped
Thank you for the comments, however, the car was a customers car that was used to have the item installed. That was the only way that we could get so many different models of cars. Sorry, we do not know what type of rims they are.
Check to see if the bulb is fully seeded in.
@UntilNextYear1 the HID's are 8k's as far as the high beams it should be 6k. but i wouldnt see a point in installing HID's to your high beams since they do take a little time to brighten up, so the highs werent HID
How long have you had these lights for? If within out warranty period you are able to get a new set. Please give our customer service team a call
I got these installed today it`s the same headlight but the bulb is regular ? i mean it`s yellow ? is it supposed to be like that . why your middle bulb is white ? pls help
@mrslatezb There will be no custom wiring other than about 4 wires for power and ground. We have a video for that. How to hook up the Halo and LEDs. Watch the video, and you will find that it will not be that difficult. Good luck
I just these lights for my 2004 celica, followed your install instructions in the box, and watched the videos. I was able to remove the bumper, lights, etc. and add the connectors and wires as you instructed as well. The low beam headlights work, the high beam headlights work, the blinker works, and the Halo ring lights work, but the LED lights do not and these are suppose to be brand new. Can someone from SPECDTuning respond on what could be wrong?

I have 02 gt have had spec d rear led lights and bought headlights from spec d today (both smoked) hooked everything up and it looks great however after i turned on the car and drove it a couple times I noticed that my tail lights didn't illuminate when the headlights are on and also the led rings and line of leds didn't work, never had any problems with tail lights until now any suggestions?

@fentoozler89 This is done in house.. and its to change out the entire headlight housing.
ok the turn signal bulb and that gray other thing at 3:09...does that come with the headlights when ordering them or does pieces come from the old headlights which u just transfer to the new ones?
have these lights for my celica followed the instructions for fitting and when i wire the halo/led to the connecter for sidelights they trip my rear tail light fuse any help would be great
Had these lights installed for a couple months now, and I was wondering if I installed the LED rings around the main high/low beam bulbs wrong cause seeing as there was no where to connect them I bridged the connection to the main LED strip connection. Unfortunately about 2-3 months in now and 3/4 LED rings are completely blown out. I just wondering if its the tiny LED bulbs or the connection that is bad. Wanted to know cause changing the ring bulbs is a pain since it requires bumper going off
Do you have to take the whole bumper off if i wanna remove the small grill piece with the toyota emblem on it. Or can i pop it out somehow or is it screwed on
Yousef Ishaq The Toyota emblem is attached to the complete bumper. You might need to remove the complete bumper if you want to remove that part.

Hello Angel Estrada You can use any HID kit so long as you have the correct bulb size, although we do not recommend you installing any HID kits on our headlights.
well in your installation video it appears you have a HID kit installed- that why i ask, is there a reason you do not recommend? or do you not recommend i install it? can it be done professionally? check time @ 5:58
Angel Estrada If for whatever reason the HID kit melts the projector, then the vendor you purchased the headlights from will not replace the lights.

I just got these lights in and they look amazing!! Only thing is, my LED aren't working. I don't know where to connect the wire from 3:32. I don't have a driving light socket. Also, I didn't receive the female and male parts.

all the LED's we sell if it requires resistors we will include them.

You say this is for the 2000-2005 Toyota Celica T23, does that mean they won't fit on my 1999 Celica T23?

i just bought these and had them installed but one of the halos did not turn on...... what do i do ? can i get the bulb somewhere? if so, what are they called? or do i return them?
Hello Brandon, there can be a few things you can check to make sure the halo and the LED bulbs are hooked up to a power source. make sure there are no loose black and white wires behind the unit. If you need help with wiring the headlights you can search "SPECDTUNING Installation Video: Halo LED Projector Headlights Wiring Installation" on UA-cam. I hope this information helps.
