Interesting piece of info Chimera the Illusion Beast artistically is a fusion of all 4 chimera main deck monsters, and if it is summoned using 4 monsters, it can actually OTK by itself over any monster

I prefer Branded Chimera over pure Chimera. Branded Fusion into Rindbrumm lets you fusion with new Gazelle in the deck, searching an Illusion monster to get things going. Also, run Fusion Armament and the original Chimera - reveal the Illusion Beast to special summon it out and possibly turn on quite a few card effects. Plus if you're running it in Branded, you get to choose between Chimera to turn things on or a spent Albaz for a bit of removal. Rindbrumm, Mirrorjade, and the disruption effects of Coatl + Mirrorsword give a good amount of control going first - especially with that one Fusion monster's discard effect. I like running Fusion Recycling Plant alongside all this to plan to out resource them going first, then finish it turn two.

@@Atem ah, that makes sense. I've known I wanted to play Branded Chimera for at least half a year - so I saved up my gems and spare SRs and URs for just this purpose.

The amount that your opponent gets to play the game during your turn makes these duels look very fun to play, rather than just Solitaire

Since it's illusion and can't be destroy by battle when being attacked and allow it to control opponent monster when it battle
What happen if Nightmare magician battle with opponent nightmare magician
Will both nightmare magician swap field or the one that attack first get to control it

Is this better or more complete than the other one?
This video shows no duels where the deck goes first, all that tells me is this deck would brick turn 1
Most pure Chimera decks are essentially the same and from my own experience turn 1 isn't normally a problem as you have 6 starters for 1 card combo. I rarely ever go a turn without fusing at least once so I wouldn't say it's a complete brick going first. However, I haven't used Nightmare Magician yet which is why I'm watching so my deck is different.
What the hell was that guy in the first duel thinking, all those life points and boom defeat, learn to save your life points people 😅
Only your last life points actually matter. Most Dinomorphia players on Master Duel just seem to think that none of their life points matter
Granted that's the whole point of Dinomorphia. You have to reduce your life points to get the ideal board. It's basically a go big or go home. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. If this deck was given more monsters in the main deck and monster protection then it would be even better. Unfortunately the deck doesn't have a board wipe. If the first opponent had ferrat flames then it might have been different but maybe not because the meta is all about out lasting your opponent/ just killing them in one fell swoop.

I've faced a few of them with my chimera deck all the negates are helpful but last duel I won cause of time limit him summoning everything took too long lol 😆
I've beaten a few myself, but that's with Albaz and super poly and typically going first. Most of the more recent archetypes just aren't very fair. Illusion has a lot of plays it can make but still has notable weaknesses built in.
