Thank you for this video 👸🏻I’ve just been diagnosed today, watching this video has helped understand it better 👍🏻
My symptoms are chronic constipation which of course bring hemmeroids, headaches, heartburn and lethargy
Me also chronic constipation , do you have problems with your period?

I’m sorry but kegels are not the answer. Idc if you’re a RN, but I have done kegels all throughout my 4 of my pregnancies & after. This didn’t help me at all. I still have a bulge & still have the rectocele. Now maybe you should advise people that when you have a minor bulge kegels can help, but not when it’s a major bulge & the walls are weak from multiple births & large babies. Surgery should be your last option especially if you’ve exhausted all other options & trust me I have. I’ve been waiting a whole year to get this surgery just for that exact reason. Yet I still have a bulge. Basically the best way for me to explain it is have a hotdog between two buns. The buns being my vagina lips.
@Priya no they won't do it bc they said I could still have a child & if they do the surgery the urogynocologist said she would give my a hysterectomy as well
It have been reaserch who show that kegles dont work after people have gotten a prolapse.
I have been complaining of painful intercourse for a while now and felt something bulging and finally fast forward I had an MRI and have a mild rectocele and I initially had straining with urination .My next step is a f/u and really scared of surgery
Did you have the surgery?
What about vaginal childbirth. Is is still possible?
Yes, I did it :)
What is it called if the prolapse is higher up in the rectum?
I have to kick my legs straight out and lean way back to poop.
Wow
So not Prolaspse
Yeah who knew! I’m in the same boat
Me too, just got diagnosed. Looks like surgery is in my immediate future.
I can't even take you serious wearing that crown.
