    bernie is not to be belittled by simply calling him a local one pocket player. He plays tough with mitch ellerman and scott frost, so give the brit ( he does speak with an english accent) his due. He plays smart, tough solid one pocket.

    This was a fun match to watch. One pocket is great to watch, if you are a pool player. These announcers were clueless.

    everybody is a local player somewhere. Bernie is local in arizona, is a very strong player, and could give cory a match if cory gave him 9-7

    This would have been a good match to watch if George ever STFU and stopped listing EVERY SINGLE SHOT.
    ALSO, why at the start of frame 3 did George ask Ben to describe the lay of the table after the break, and then again not shut up and went ahead and dictated every possible shot....

      @@tweeee100 Not fun FOR YOU. Key part of the statement. I grant it is fun to watch for fewer people, but whether or not it is fun to watch in general terms is very subjective. I love a one pocket match. Love them more when you get the banks specialists out there - but overall love watching them.

    Hah I just saw the instant where Corey accidentally moves the 1-ball. I find it funny players think that it's cheating. Just goes to show you where their mind is at. There is so much good to focus on this footage and that is where their mind is at. IN THE TRASHHHHH !

    Bernie @ 3:13 was given his pocket side boards (if the video was correct) and he should have never let that opportunity pass him by. Banking a ball into his pocket with side boards would have resulted in that game being easily over. In Corey's first shot, Corey coming off the 2 ball the way he did was an utter bonehead mistake

    Yea at 15:16 that was a total accident. Duels a killer why does he have to low key cheat like that?

    • @barefootrocker
      @barefootrocker 4 роки тому +5

      Pettipiece has the option to have Deuel put the 1 back where it was, which he declines, and bringing the 1 off the rail didn't really help Deuel's shot on it anyway. Nothing illegal happened and Deuel didn't gain anything. Not cheating by any means.

      I think it was accidental. Such a small angle to gain there, with so much to lose. If it was intended we'd see him doing it when it really mattered.

    • @SpaceboyBilliards

      Definitely. Made his bridge hand more comfortable and easier to place on the table, and then made the cut shot easier

    • @Chesscat2022
      @Chesscat2022 4 роки тому +4

      Do you not understand that the other player can replace the ball, and when they do they err in their own favor, ie, make the shot tougher? He chose not to replace it. This is a complete non-issue.

    15:10 that's actually the first time I've ever seen a pro do that. moving a ball with your hand should be a foul and ball in hand for opponent. just my opinion.

    • @Tryo707
      @Tryo707 4 роки тому

      In many formats it is indeed just that. This however is cue ball fouls only.

    • @dipi71
      @dipi71 4 роки тому

      I don’t understand the »cue ball fouls only« rule. It’s obviously not ok to move any balls on the table with anything other than the queue stick, so why not make it a foul? It’s only fair.
      What happens when, after Deuel, Pettipiece pushes another ball a few centimeters farther with his hand (»accidentally«, of course…)? And then Deuel again… and so on?
