Hi ladies, I am late again, what a fantastic first day of Roman coins, the field kept on giving, lovely to see all your fellow detectorisrs. The little object with the possible eye, to me looked like a mini bear but with no insides, maybe it was one of those fairground objects they use to use for playing with, can't wait for the second installment
I am so jealous! The detecting community just seems so lovely and supportive! Some great finds. Always inspired by you being out in all weathers and just so passionate about it.
Badminton. Been there myself, but for a very different reason. With my dear old Dad, I think I was about 13 years old at the time. And back then the venues held a fly in event. It was quite popular for those into aviation, as indeed we were. At a guess it would have been 1977 or 78. Detecting was thought of as a military only thing for hunting down mines in those days. As I try an remember, there were no horses out and about at the time, although Badminton was famous for its horse trials. It was great to see an American finding something 10 times older than his country. That must have felt so uplifting. Those musket ball could seriously ruin some ones day if the hit home, they're beasts. Loving the content, and looking forward to the next video. Take care ladies. TTFN
OMG THERE ARE ENTIRE FESTIVALS DEVOTED TO THIS?! *adds bucket list item* ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Forgive me, I'm new, this is just so cool 😊 Great day in the field, beautiful weather and lovely finds. I am so impressed with the way you can pull a dirty lump from the earth and identify it so quickly!
Thanks Amanda!! Haha we love going to the big rally festivals like this! Just a great time catching up with friends 🙌 We had some greats finds! Very lucky! I think it gets easier the more finds you see, and it’s quite fun to see who can guess what they are first 😂🤎

Hi Ellie and Lucy! There were so many Romans in that field, I'm glad you got a few, I'm looking forward to part 2. Also thank you for the brief history behind the finds; I know very little about Roman, medieval, etc history and appreciate the time you take. :-)
Thank you!! We love putting these videos together for you!!! I’m glad we finally found some Roman’s though 😂 Some lovely finds to come in part 2!! Excited to share! 🙌🤎

Thanks Teresa! We might even pull out the microscope if we can figure out how to record best 🤓
Silver! Romans! Do you each have a detector or do it all as a team? Thank you for bringing us along
We like to search as a team! One detector between us 😂 it’s not conventional but it sure works for us!! 🤎
Great finds! I have to ask, were you finding 'newer' coins and relics like tombac buttons and KG half pennies too?
Thank you!! When we find Tombacs and pennies we always show them! So not of yet in this dig! 😂

Shocking fields, detectival should be ashamed
We didn’t have that experience at all.
Got nothing better to do have you @cege14 🥱
Great video girls! See you next year!
Damn, this must be the worst detecting clip i see till now.
The talking, the editing, etc!
😆😆😆
I do like your videos - they're very informative, but you lose credibility points for repeating the lies that the hunts tell 🫤
