I appreciate your attempt to connect the modern science and yogic science by explaining how Chakras are in line with endocrine glands.The only concern is that in the video you said that root chakra is located on the base of the spine in line with adrenal gland but the fact is that Adrenal gland is miles away from the base of the spine,could you please explain?
Adrenals glands lie above the kidneys but they are connected to the Muladhara chakra and govern the flight and fight response of an individual.

Can you please which chakra work for left side brain . In my left ear continues ringing it is called Tinitus. 8 th nerve weak. Could you please tell .
Tinitus is caused due to the imbalance of the upper 3 chakras crown, Ajna and throat (Vishuddhi).

Arthur Avalon misinterpreted the entire concept of Chakra's and Kundalini energy. He is not an accurate source to describe the lessons of Chakra system.
Yes he might not have been accurate in his interpretation but he still did a job of introducing these concepts to the Western world. Now it is our job as healers/therapists/spiritualist to educate the world about the correct interpretation.
Which chakra meditation is best for students?
Every Chakra is important for a student. Muladhara for hardwork, Swadhisthana for creativity and Throat chakra for Knwledge/Wisdom should be considered more for success in education.
