    "You start to become alive in a way that used to scare you".
    I agree! We think that without our ego people are not going to validate us, but when we are our higher selves we realize that we never needed their validation. It's really hard in the beginning but you hit rock bottom and realize that you were your worst enemy and you were hurting yourself more than anyone ever did your own validation becomes the most important thing and that's when you start to work on yourself which shocks a lot of people because you no longer need them to validate you and stop pleasing them for it.

    Great explanation. The lie is that you were ever not enough.
    Letting those layers of ego reveals that you were always enough. ❤ Thank you Candace. 😊

    My ego death was the most beautiful and enlightening experience ever. Everything is okay, has always been okay and will always be okay… anything else is a lie. Satori was amazing. ✌️

    My ego death was with a heroic dose of magic mushrooms. I literally felt I was dying and a soul was getting out of my body. It was very scary, but the best experience I have ever had. I am a new person now and feel way more connected with the universe and full of love.

    I’ve experienced an ego death. My sun is in Scorpio in the 8th house. It is the most cruel thing I’ve ever experienced with the Twin Flame Journey. It is no joke.

    there's so many definitions of ego I find. Like its also just your thinking mind right? The overthinking... not your true, authentic instinctual self

    Self inflating by believing you are enough is why life coaches can make so much money

    Oh my God. I thought I had not yet experienced an ego death but after watching your video I realize that in the last 1.5 years since my dad died I have experienced several ego deaths. Some were induced by psychedelics and others were because I lost large sums of money in failed investments. Each experience was profoundly disruptive in the moment but the after effects literally changed my sense of self.

      There is a ton of guidance on youtube, just do a search for it.
      Here are three playlists of some good stuff, also look up Eckhart Tolle. It all leads to a peaceful mind. I wish you success.

  • @velma3797
    @velma3797 2 роки тому +1

    7:12 that's the thing people don't realize it until they loose everything. Make sense why younger people have greater egos than older people.

    If there’s complete death of ego we would be a saint who’s completely enlightened. There are two egos, I think you are talking about death of a prideful ego.

      @@jfiji5964 fear. Look up nervous system disregulation. Anytime we go into adrenalin based "fight", or exhausted "freeze"... we are out of the middle place where we are balanced, open, connected and healthier emotionally.

      I always thought that ego death meant becoming nothingness and one with everyone. That aligns with what you say being a saint. If that's what it is, I don't think it's smart to live like that as boundaries are important for e.g. self defence from an attack.

    The goal can be enlightenment? That’s a purely egotistical exercise. Ego death is not a revelation or slow process. It is a chemical explosion like kundalini in which you experience nothing but pure bliss and love. There is no other perception. Mine lasted nine days.
