3:19:12 start of the hand everyone would like to see. My opinion, Sammartino was still happy to call the 22million and only kicked off when he saw the QQ.
Dario only got mad after he saw he was behind. Lol…
IKR...
jack didn't handle that correctly he should've deducted 5 million chips each from the pot and look for another dealer lol but I kinda feel bad for her...
No they didn't flip the cards over at that point. To think that you're going to deduct money from the pot is ridiculous. Poker is a game of luck. It's just bad luck. Also, you could have won the pot. At which point he would have been glad.
Whoever made Norman Chad tone it down and whoever thought Jamie Kerstetter isn’t boring to listen to should be fired. I don’t know how they think this is more entertaining than it was in the past. I quit poker on Black Friday and have just started getting back into it, so I don’t know how this all worked out (who owned/owns the rights to the broadcasts), but this blows compared to the past. Not really making an old player want to watch again, I’ll tell you that.
Amen. Jamie's commenting is annoying and has zero entertainment value.
2019 was the year of when politicial correctness started. The Gen Z's got offended by his humour so he had no choice. its probably in his contract to be diplomatic
@MrLibojr23 what did Norman say that was so wrong?
This entire WSOP was tough to listen to with Norman being so monotone and seemingly aggravated to be there. There was no emotion at all. Makes me think he did it on purpose as a form of protest for whatever restrictions they implimented on him. The usual Lon vs Norman back and forth snark was what made all the past broadcasts so enjoyable. This sounds like a freaking pre-Tiger golf broadcast.
I think a lot of it has to do with the nature of the tournament now with phones and everything. The commentary is more in real time now and not as scripted as it was back in the day
Jamie called Ensan a tight player 😂😂😂
Never seen a year where people take SO FKN LONG on their action
I know they are acting as if they are in the World Series main event or something.
In seriousness, though I think it's the cameras being there that does it, they don't want to be seen doing something dumb on TV
Ensan looks like Simon Cowell 😂😂😂
Niwinski is a lot of fun to watch.
Man they need to edit this better. Almost 8 minutes to watch a guy with 10 bb get it in with AK versus AA and lose.
These are great for getting through the work day
U act like u have a job

The WSOP should make a rule to add John Hesp when they reach 27 players. Just give him an average stack. He spoiled it. He was so great that the following years seem dull.
Regarding the Dario/Marchington hand miscount situation; From TDA, which the WSOP uses.
49: Accepted Action.
Poker is a game of alert, continuous observation. It is the caller’s responsibility to determine the correct amount of an opponent’s bet before calling, regardless of what is stated by others. If a caller requests a count but receives incorrect information from a dealer or player, then pushes out that amount or declares call, the caller has accepted the full correct action and is subject to the correct wager or all-in amount. As with all situations, Rule 1 may apply at TD’s discretion.
As soon as the dealer announces 17.2, a player not even in the hand says "I think it's more than that". To me, that shows Dario could have noticed if he was paying attention too. Even from the camera angle, it's not hard to see that 17.2 has to be incorrect. There's a full stack of 100k chips (2m), a full stack of 500k chips (10m) and 8 or 10 1m chips. That's at least 20-22m right there.
One of the main reason, imo, the rule exists is to prevent players in Dario's position from angle-shooting in the event of a miscount. If a player notices the dealer miscounted the bet, they can call and say nothing if they win, while protesting if they lose. That's not how poker, or life, works.
Yes, I get it, "ThE dEaLeR sHoUlD dO tHeIr JoB". Dealers are human, they make mistakes at work just like literally everybody. Even the best dealers make mistakes from time to time. It's the players themselves that are the ones competing for millions of dollars, pay attention and protect yourself.
The thing that always gets me is that Dario doesn't begin contesting the ruling until after he sees that he's behind. Prior to that he seemed pretty nonchalant about the situation. He even said "I think I have to call", like his kind was made up even before the count was made.
italians never have been fair sportsmen...
A player with experience of Dario defintely knew the count was wrong with the chips right in front of him.He knew exactly what the exact count was, just like Livingston, that corrected it right away.
As soon as the dealer announced the wrong count, Dario snap puts the chips in, so in case he was behind he could have blame the wrong decision on the dealer.Thats because he knew he was most defintely not folding the right amount with pokcet 1010 but he also knew he could have easly been up agianst a bigger pair.
@tommas5215 If that's what he did it's clever, even if it is a huge angle shoot.
@@daleharris3809 Is it really that cleaver when any floorman who knows the rules is going to hold him to a call for the full amount.
Interesting to hear them talk about Dario’s illness. I wonder if this was early covid. Starts at 11:03
That’s what I was thinking, people had that same sickness where
I’m from. A bad bad cold before Covid . People say it was , idk tho.
This game was probably played before event 201 in October. Bill Gates, Tony Fauci, and others of their ilk didn't announce the COVID-19 crisis until a few months into the following year. There have always been fevers, influenza, respiratory infections ... but during the COVID-19 crisis causes of deaths for people with terminal cancer, heart disease ... was often recorded as COVID-19. I'm sure it's a coincidence that Gates, Fauci, and their cronies provided solutions to the COVID-19 crisis that yielded huge profits for them.
No such thing, ppl get sick all the time
@@richardsimmonsjuggernautof9781
Hmm ... my comment was deleted. Am I allowed to say I'm thankful for Bill Gates and Tony Fauci saving our lives without the comment getting deleted? Am I allowed to comment that I'm certain it's merely coincidence that the same people who warned us about the deadly germs also profited handsomely from the solutions they provided to the problem they warned about?
I have been watching WSOP Long time, theirs ONLY 2 gentleman Poker world equally Hussain enzan and M,winesskiy ( Canadian ) well done your kindness manners
Chick on the rail with " will you Garry me?". Do U think it's an intended pun😂?
We go again for 4 hours folks
If I have to sit through another of these, I'm gonna be wham-BOOZLED!
After he got that major-bluff-catcher flop against marchington, it was basically ensan‘s game to loose
Ultimately the Players Responsibility Black and White
There seems to be some bad vibes between Lon and Chad. Did Norman finally get tired of Lon belittling him
Skerbic big fish
The Dario thing is easy... He said CALL it's a CALL... he could of waited 5 seconds to double check the count on the stack
20 mins per decision. Jeeezzzz 🥱
I am here only to see the Dario/Marchington hand. Who else??
You calling 17 you calling 22, let’s run it
Niwinski, Lon - it’s actually easy to pronounce
I don't mind Jamie's commentary.
how can there not be one likeable player in this bunch ?
Ensan not likable?
@@acesofglory of course not
@@antzooma I know him in person, he‘s definitely likeable. But just trashtalking is always an option.
@@sammyholmess we know it's you Ensan
It seems that the old school days or the poker heyday had all the fun characters to watch. Plus the commentary isn't like it is to be back in 2003 thru 2010
Why did no one wanna look
Ensan up? Like ever, he woulda busted before the FT if he would have gotten called in 2 spots
3:20:50
“that's very unfortunate “
Pre-Covid WSOP. But, I think they had Covid?!??? 🤔
Dario only cried when the hands were exposed which means Jack was spot on if he was calling 17 he's calling 22 which he would've. He saw what was out there and every player at the table knew it wasn't 17.2 so glad he basically shut that down. Norman Chad was the voice of the WSOP for years and now they park him in the back and 3rd option so some girl can say hands are stupid and make boring observations that everyone that has ever played poker are already aware of. What an unlikeable field. Can see all the post 2000 babies ruining something else with their crying. Even cried when Jack said you called 17 you were calling 22. This is tough to watch rather rewatch early 2000 action or at worst pre 2017.
All the TV $$ and no one could afford a tailor for Jack Eiffel?
This year's production is horrible. It really well downhill here.
Why couldn't the floor resolve the situation with Sammartino without calling Jack Effel unless Sammartino insisted they get Jack
I witnessed a player insist to call Matt savage cross town at another tournament to make the same decision on the exact same situation.
Nothing wrong with getting a higher ranking floor if a player doesn't accept the ruling. Sammaratino wouldn't let it go.
3:36:00 how not to play KK..
Samartinno, what difference can 5 million makes?…
Perhaps he was one of the first to get covid
Dario acts like he’s such a victim but he was going to call the 22.2.
If experience is a key :shows a virgin:
28.5.2028
Dario spoke up way too late. There was a chance to make this right but it passed when he relented and the flop was put out.
shut up sammartino.
I've the past month I've been watching these uploads of recent WSOP. They have been fantastic. But something drastically happened with 2019 - It's TERRIBLE!!! It's nothing like the previous ones.
yeeeah
1.25 speed thank me later
Boring
Boring
Boring
Did i say boring?
They play so f slooooooow
That's what you get shouldn't be in this tourny if you don't know what your doing at this stage see your behind then start moaning absolutely insane
This video should only be an hour long, people taken the utter wee wee to call.
Timothy SU is so awkward
if she is commenting I'm not watching bye bye,, Norm and Lon or no one for me.
You are lying, he is not a class act!
Their are no friends at a poker table! Your playing for money & money attracts undesirable people.
About situation with Sammartino....that what happens when someone hire stupid people to high responsibility roles...wsop is a bunch of uneducated bureaucrats...my heart with Dario...they should simply freeze an action on 17M chips and not let them add rest 6M chips to the pot
So what you are saying is that as a player, you should not need to observe the game, and moan when other people make mistakes?
@@williamdoyle2063 if rules were allowing player touch and count chips by himself, then responsibility is on player, but if the dealer is an authority, then player should rely on his capabilities to count chips, and if dealer is wrong then it is only wsop org. problem...maybe Sammartino cannot differentiate colors
WSOP on ESPN from 2003-2010 is goated. Not even remotely as entertaining.
Do you guys not play poker? Why would you prefer to see it without color commentary and strategy talk?
Horrible commentary
